They came and did 5 rooms, stairs to basement and tile in one bathroom. I was very pleased with the rooms, but stairs and tile needed to be done again. They came and redid both and they turned out great. There was no charge for the return.

Figure out a way to clean the edges of the carpet that are right against the wall. I wish I had some how scrubbed or pre-treated it along all the edges myself but I figured you would have a tool to do this.

I didn't receive a call from your call center before the day of my appointment so I had to call at 730 the morning of. After being told my appointment would be at or after 1 PM and that I would receive another call when the technician was at the job before mine, the technician called me approx 1030 and said he was 15 minutes away. Although being early isn't neccesarily a bad thing, 2 1/2 hours early was a bit too early. I wasn't quite ready. But I will say the technician was very helpful and accommodating and I was very impressed with him.
So I would say that making sure the calls that are supposed to happen are happening.

My only concern is that this morning, well over 12 hours later, the carpets were still damp. So I think the 4 to 6 hour drying time is unrealistic.

Very kind employees. They ask for my approval, and if there is anything else I need. Clean and professional.
