Your associate was prompt and careful with all the cleaning of my carpets. He was informed and could explain what needed to be done to clean the areas. My carpet had never be cleaned and he was able to leave it looking new again. I was pleased with the job he did.

Fast and efficient, but most of all my carpets look and feel so clean!
The appointment was at 4 pm for a big job. It took him four hours. It should have been scheduled earlier. He ran out of water in his tank and used my culinary water to fill it up so I should get some kind of refund for that. After he left I noticed many tiny leaves all over my wood floor and realized he had drug the hose across my sidewalk and got the dirt and leaves on it and then drug the hose through my home. I had to re vacuum all my carpet when it was dry and all my wood flooring. He cleaned a chair arm cover which is still dirty. Some spots are still in my carpet. I asked him to open the doors to closets to make sure the carpet in the thresholds got clean and some were not done. And he left puddles of water on my wood flooring that I had to dry off and a big puddle on my tile that my son almost slipped on. Sara Last name removed. Phone number removed.

Our operator was exceptional in spite of many problems with equipment. Another employee brought her a hose without holes and she managed to fix a part damaged with our vise grip and tools in our garage we were happy to let her use. She stayed until everything was completed (a full day) and our stairs haven't look better since we moved into our home. The young men who came the two times that I had your service were very professional. I was pleased with their attitude and their service. My carpets that did not clean up with another company cleaned up nicely. There is still one stain in my upstair bedroom that did not come out. That disappointed me but I would still recommend your company. Thank you.

I called to have you clean a four foot area that had a stain on it. I was told that there was a $100 minimum to have you come out. Then when the men came to clean I was told it would be an extra $40 if I wanted the stain cleaned properly. By the time they were finished I was charged almost $200. I have always loved the result of your carpet cleaning but feel that $200 is too much money to pay for one room and a 4 foot hall.

I like the feel of the carpets after cleaning--no residue! The cleaners were willing to work on stubborn spots until they came out.
Well, must admit i was little surprised how wet the floor was, particularly because it was a couch that i paid to have cleaned. Additionally, in the future i would recommend against putting a soaking wet couch cushion on a person's bed to dry.
