We have 20-month-old off-white carpeting and it has not been cleaned before. It looks like new again!

The men who cleaned my carpets were both friendly and professional. One even gave me a good tip on how to defrost my freezer :-). They were fast and thorough and the price was affordable.

I was told I would get a call at 9:30, but it was at 10 saying the cleaner was going to be here in 30. Which was actually an hour. Then the truck was full so the cleaner had to go empty it. So it was an hour and 45 minute wait until the carpets were started to get cleaned. So basically it was just a lot of sitting around waiting all morning. Not knowing if I should go somewhere to kill time or stick around and wait in case I got a call.
I love how clean my carpets are. My house smells so much better now. The fact that it's a "clean" process is what keeps me coming back to ZEROREZ. The technician that came out was really nice and professional. I like how he pointed out certain facts to me, like how he didn't think cleaning area rugs on a hardwood floor was a very good idea, the water could damage our floor. He offered us a few different solutions to getting them cleaned in a safer way.

When the carpet was finished, it looked really good. After it was dry, there were some places that had a "yellowish" residue. I don't know if this was from the protectant, or what. The places that have this "yellowish" tinge to them don't seem to have a pattern to me, but it is noticeable. My daughter commented on it when she came home also. Can't you do anything to help this?
The service is simple and affordable. My carpets are clean, look nice, and there is no funny leftover odor. The service is reliable. We will continue to use this company.

The professionalism of the individual who cleaned my tiles and sealed the grout.
I was told that the pet removal stain/odor treatment would remove the smell from my carpet. I paid $100 for this (1 large room), and though it's better, I don't feel it was as advertised in being odor-free. I still see some stains too that I thought would be out. I would like to have the room treated again and see if we can't get a better result.

Technician was satisfactory, his van was having problems starting, therefore he was late and due to the problems with the van and equipment he had to wait for them to bring out a new van and equipment, and got started and finished later than expected. The additional problem is that after waiting a more tan 24 hours for the carpet to dry and after it dried there were stripes where h the carpet was cleaned, dark and dirty, then clean, then dark and dirty, I presume that was due to the equipment. I expect a refund or someone with new and working equipment to come and clean the carpet again until it is clean.

I think this time was the best job ever. Jax did such a great job on our basement. And I got the 100 ft. Of tile cleaned and it looks like new.
Reliability, excellent job.
The cleaning was great. I did not know my grout of my tile was that color! :) The tech was very nice. I purchased the lifetime filters as well and am excited to see how that goes. I had one minor issue but them commented on it and it was fixed right away. All is good and would refer a friend, business associate, or family member to Zerorez. Thank you.
