The gentleman who did the cleaning was very professional and informative. Also he removed some spots that had not been removed by previous cleanings. The carpet looks great.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I couldn't get you back rite away do to time restraints. However I was told when the homeowner left sometime around 8/1/15 or so.You would come back to address a dog urine spot. Free of charge. Because we did 4 bedrooms and two walk in closets. We paid for treat,Clean,protect. When resolved it's likely the rating will go up

I love how clean my carpets are! The fact that there are no harmful chemicals involved in the cleaning is awesome. I wanted to mention one thing, though just to be helpful. The hose that the workers used burned a thin line in my grass across the front lawn. I am wondering if there is a way to prevent that from happening.

What do you like about our products and services?

I like the way the carpet looks after it's cleaned, and this time I especially like that the 'spot treatment' really worked on a couple of badly soiled places. I also like the professional way the cleaning reps do their work; they're friendly, efficient, and make sure I am pleased before they leave.

Timeliness. This time was only 30 minutes late, but in the past they have been 3+ hours late for appointments and offered no compensation for putting us out for hours and hours.

The communication was great. I liked that I called in, received an email confirmation, and another call to confirm the appointment. Then the driver called to let me know when he would arrive. He was knowledgeable and confirmed all pricing before any work was done. I never felt pressured or committed. The floors looked great and felt clean.

What could we do to improve?

The serviceman was excellent, very friendly and respectful. The carpet is very old and came pretty clean but it doesn't seem any cleaner or more amazing than any other company I've tried. But I'm hoping the empowered water helps it to stay cleaner longer.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I was told that all requested areas were cleaned thoroughly as I was out of town and the new tenants had insisted the carpets be cleaned. When the tenants moved in, they shared pictures of how unclean the carpets were so we had to have the technician go back and clean them. The tenants were happy the second time around but I had also asked for an extra room to be cleaned at my cost to which the technician told the tenants they had to pay, which was inaccurate and also told the tenants the carpets were not cleaned the first time area because we had not vacuumed which was not correct, it make us look bad as landlords and costed me extra money since I had to reimburse the tenants for days that they could not move in until the carpets were redone due to Zerrez's schedule.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I had my filters for my furnaces measured so I could purchase the lifetime filters and the tech left my furnace doors off and never put anything back. I ended up having more work to the carpets/tile done, like sealing the grout etc. I paid the revised amount that the tech specified, but never received an itemized bill to even know if the services were charged correctly. I ordered the filters and the tech told me that Zerorez would be contacting me for install. The filters just showed up on my doorstep leaving me to figure everything out. Finally, my credit card was charged wrong, (they left a "0" off of the amount) I had a rep call me to get the rest of payment, which was no big deal, but still concerning to me and still not final written statement of services. All in all the cleaning was good, but the lack of follow up will not bring me back.

What could we do to improve?

Your cleaning was excellent, but the quote and billing was not. I had two rooms cleaned but I agreed to treat it as three to reach the minimum. At the job site I was told that they would put carpet protectant on both rooms for the price of one. However, when it came time to invoice me, they said that they couldn't give me an additional 20% off the entire bill and also give the 2 for 1 carpet protectant, but they would calculate which one would give me the most off. I told the service person to call the manager to see if that miscommunication could be resolved, but he said NO!. I figure that if I had simply added the carpet protectant for the second room to reach the minimum of $100 that my bill would have been $40 less than was actually billed and paid. Your manager needs some Public Relations training as his response to the miscommunication on your part left something to be desired.
