Timely and clean, very professional
The technician was wonderful and the carpets look wonderful!!
I have used Zerorez before and I have always been happy with the service and the people doing the work. My carpets are very clean and the technicians are very polite, helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable about what they are doing. I wouldn't think of using anyone else.
Too expensive
It restores my wood floor and carpet to look like it has just been installed.
My appointment was set up for the afternoon and next thing I know the technician was called me at 9am telling me they are there and no one is answering the door. Luckily he came back later to do it but I would like to have had a set time of when they were coming not just show up when they feel like.

I like knowing all of the options and the price I will pay before hand. I would have liked to have been told about the protective coating when I got my bid so I could discuss it with my business partner and make a decision. As it was, they told me at time of service, and I couldn't consult with her and so opted not to get it done because it wasn't in the original plan. A little frustrating to have things thrown at you last minute when you thought everything was already figured out.
The only thing I am not happy with is the protection spray that I let myself be talked into. It has left a crunchy feel to the carpet and the individual fibers of the carpet are sort of clumped together. The technicians did a great job. I will not allow the protection spray to be applied next time.
The process used in place of soaps or shampoos is great. The approach to pet issues is sound. The customer service is better than I have experienced anywhere.

My carpets look great and I was impressed with the technician and how he answered my questions. He also didn't great job cleaning my carpets.
Thought the carpet would be drier when finished. The cleaner left lines of extra cleaned carpet where he did his strokes. Also had tile cleaned and didn't see the difference.

The man on the phone when I made the appointment assured me the carpet would be dry in 4 to 8 hours, but 36 hours later, my stairs were still damp although I had a fan on them for hours. They were really saturated.
Also you should instruct the young man who did the work that you don't use genetically modified water. Last I checked, water doesn't have DNA.
