I am still waiting for my receipt for when I paid. Needs to be more careful where the hose lies, my grass got burned where the hose was laying.

I like not having soapy residue - the cleaned carpets feel very soft to bare feet. The technician was eager to please and rework certain difficult spots. Carpet areas were dry within the day. I had 3 rms. carpet cleaned, 16 stairs, a landing and kitchen tile cleaned and sealed and the work was completed in a very reasonable amount of time. I am very satisfied with the work done by zerorez.
The technician, Ryan, was very kind and did a great job explaining how the cleaner worked. We also liked that the cleaner was free of chemicals.
I paid extra for the odor control and spots and they seem worse than before if you are the best I would think you could get all of the stains out

the darker areas of the carpet in the two main rooms of the house were just as dark and dirty looking after the cleaning. I felt like the technician was just in a hurry so he went over it only once and very quickly. To me it seems that if there is a problem area it would at least be gone over twice to try and make an attempt to actually get it clean. To make it right I'd like to have someone come out and go over those two rooms to get them clean.

The pet treatment I thought was really pricey. I think it should be a set price instead of per spot/square. I was expecting my carpets to be a certain price that was reasonable, but after per pet treatment the price of my carpets being cleaned was doubled. Plus how do I know that it really was removed from my carpets and I won't be charged again for the exact same spots/areas when I get my carpets cleaned again? Ya know.
tech was great and seemed to care about the results of the cleaning. Prices were competitive and the results were very good, better than last time I had my carpets cleaned.
Never used you before however I heard good things about the company. I gave it a try and was very pleased.
I told a friend about you the same day you did my carpet. She was complaining about the residue from her last carpet cleaner, so I told her how much cleaner it stays after a Zaeorez cleaning.
The in-home service is carried out rather quickly. The folks who clean the carpets are knowledgable and informative about the cleaning process and the carpets are left very clean.
I like the fact that you don't leave soap in the carpet.

My carpets feel actually clean after a cleaning by Zerorez as opposed to other companies that seem to leave a residue on the carpet. The technicians are great and don't push services that I'm not interested in.
