Stains have already reappeared less than 24 hours after cleaning unfortunately. Not sure re-cleaning would make a difference...

Explain to me why a person is charged for a "whole house" protectant when only three rooms, one hallway and one set of stairs (six total) are involved. It's way too much.

The first time they came out they didn't even clean the carpets at all and then the second time they came out they did a good job but I was disgusted and disappointed and I really should have been offered Something Free like I don't know stairs or another carpet cleaning later on it just was very disappointing but the second time they came out they did a good job

Spots not clean and did not do corners that were easy to get to. Stair edges not cleaned
We used a competitor's service a few months ago and were not pleased with the way our carpets turned out. Spots were left that we were told were permanent stains. We were referred to Zerorez and thought we would give it a try. Zerorez was able to clean up every stain in our carpet and left things smelling clean and fresh. I definitely recommend Zerorez to anyone looking for a quality carpet cleaning service.

Quality work and friendly employees
I like the idea of no chemicals or soaps on my carpets yet still being able to get them clean. The tech called me to say he was heading over, he was here within the timeframe he stated earlier, and was very professional.
Love the no chemicals and even more my carpet was so clean!!! The technicians taught me so much about different carpets, care, stain removal and were very professional!!!!

Friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and very good at what he does.
I was able to fully trust the young man that cleaned our couch and loveseat. He showed me the info that was put on by those who made the couch and told me that the regular cleaning might harm the fabric. So he used the other fabric cleaner. He also showed me what lint he could get out of a cushion by covering the hose opening with a cloth and then putting suction on the cushion. I was amazed!!

The gentlemen who cleaned my carpet was so helpful, kind, and very knowledgable. He really went out of his way to answer all of my questions and was able to address all of my concerns. I will definitely be using Zerorez in the future and I have told many people about my experamce and will continue. Thank you for providing a great service and excellent staff.
The employees who work for Zerorez are what make the difference. I know that the cleaning method is what is advertised on the radio, but honestly, my carpets could be cleaner then the day they were installed but if I don't feel comfortable with the guy doing the job, I'll never call back.
Quick easy and simple. Much easier than dealing with renting a carpet cleaner.
Loved the overall outcome of how clean my carpets and grout was when the technician was done!!! I was even more impressed that my home didn't get left with a funky, infamiliar smell from chemicals other companies use!
