Have a concrete period for the carpet cleaning. The scheduling is a nightmare. I call and get a time frame, but the time frame is just another call with another time frame. I was supposed to be in the morning and I got to work at 1
I just moved into a place where they had cleaned the carpet twice, (using other companies), because of the animal smell the last tenants had left behind. I could still smell it when I moved in, so I had Zerorez come out and as always - you did a great job!! I can't remember the tech's name, but he was great!! Thorough and patient with my requests and questions. Thanks, again, Zerorez!

The carpets look great. Eric did a fantastic job and deserves a 10. The only reason I did not give the whole experience a 10 is that I was not able to pay by credit card due to a company malfunction in processing the payment.

Actually fully cleans my carpets and stain spots don't return a few days later.
We liked how Gonzalo came and treated a spot in the carpet to show us what we could expect. Our carpets are worn and this was helpful. We also loved the service after the sale. We had a few spots we were concerned about and he came back to check it out and re-clean some of the spots.
