I had an excellent experience with Zerorez! I just recently bought a house and was afraid to even touch my carpet before they were cleaned. Now my carpet looks and feels amazing and I can walk around barefoot without having to worry! Also, Adam was so helpful and friendly to work with. I will definitely be using Zerorez in the future!

Nate or Matt was a good 9 and my carpet looks great. I had no problems with that He knew of my concerns and tried his very best to make me happy. It is your marketing that frustrates me. It is really not $89 . You have to pay at least $100. The 89 does not include area rugs. I did not see where either of those two things were mentioned. Somehow my $89 carpet cleaning jumped to $175. Pretty expensive. That is why I will not strongly recommend you to friends.

From the gentleman who scheduled my appointment to the techs who cleaned my carpet, the experience was professional from start to finish. The scheduler asked precise questions and gained a complete understanding of what I was looking for before telling me what they could do. By the time I hung up I had an out-the-door price and understood precisely what to expect. He gave me detailed information on how to prepare for the cleaning.
The appointment was just a few days later and the van showed up right on time. The techs were clean cut and friendly, and clearly knew their stuff. We walked the areas to be cleaned together and the tech was careful to point out areas of concern (an ink spot) that might not be able to be completely removed. Both techs were extremely careful of my walls and furniture during setup and cleaning. The bill was exactly what I had agreed on before they came. There was never any pressure to but additional services, but all services and options were clearly explained beforehand. The price wasn't cheap, but it was fair.

We think that Fred is a very capable technician that the products work very well. Our carpet is never looked better.

Things started out a little rocky when I was given the choice between morning and afternoon and I chose afternoon. They showed up bright and early at 10:40 which would have been great but I really did need the afternoon visit instead. Not to worry! They changed things around and fixed it so I had my afternoon appointment.

When Cory showed up he took his time to assess everything we'd need to get the optimal cleanliness out of our carpet. He carefully explained everything that would be done and what it did so we knew what we were getting for our money. After he was done we went over any spots I felt might need a little more attention. He was very professional about it and seemed to really care about our satisfaction.

We like that our carpets stay clean for fairly long after cleaning.

My carpets and couches always look amazing ! I love the fact that you don't use a bunch of chemicals or leave behind sopping wet carpets. They always dry very quickly and your staff is very knowledgeable!

I liked it but there were a few stains that they could not get out.

The odor of the cleaning agent used was sickening. It did finally dissipate but the day of the application was overpowering. Took much longer than 6-8 hours to dry.

How quick it was and the no residue left behind.

Prices. There's a lot of competition out there. Your service isn't superior enough to charge that much more.
