Cleaning
You could be more timely.

I was very happy with my service I received. The gentleman who came out did a great job and were very happy and kind. When I had a spot that needed a touch up, they came out and fixed it. Zerorez has great customer service and I will definitely use them in the future.
Our service man asked throughout the whole time for me to check his work to make sure I was satisfied. He was very professional and courteous. My carpets came out very ckean, surprisingly for how old they are.
Isaiah did an exceptional job,he was professional, fast and did the best job of even all the other Zero Rez reps that serviced us. Yes we would recommend Zero Rez.
The rugs came clean.
The technician was able to get my carpets very clean.
The only issue I had was they clean 5 rooms worth of carpet for me.
The last two he cleaned, I think he was was falling behind schedule so he
didn't extract as much water from the carpets as he had on the first 3 rooms.
I had to put fans on the rooms to get them totally dry. It took at least 24
hours for them to be totally dry.
I felt that Zerorez was very professional. I received several reminder calls and a call from the technician to let me know when he would arrive. He was friendly, willing to answer all questions with no pressure to add on additional services. He did a great job and our carpets look and smell clean.

I had a few stains in my carpet and your company removed them.
No smell, my carpet looks great, even though I didn't think the stains would come out they did. And the service tech was very friendly and efficient.
Pierce, our technician, was on time and clearly knew what he was doing. He did a great job and was done in just an hour and fifteen minutes. I First name removed't use any other carpet cleaner but Zerorez.

Your technician was very nice and worked hard, but there a couple places on the carpet that did not get as clean as the rest, one was an area of high traffic, the other was not. Once in the past when you cleaned my carpet I was given a small bottle of liquid to clean a future spot. It would be nice if you still offered that to your customers. Thanks

your services and products are great, not having to worry abt chemicals. There was one problem though this time. Two spots (one I had pointed out) ,were not removed.

The service rep was excellent. We were unable to find the 20% off coupon mailed to me by Zerorez at the time of service. Even though the service rep was discounting the rug labor he indicated he would still discount the 20% on other services should we be able to find the card. Unfortunately, we didn't find the card until the next day. I brought this to the attention of the local SLC Zerorez management and they were unreceptive to applying a credit. They did however indicate they would apply 20% off future future other service. I get that there are policies in place but feel they could have gone the extra step. Rep was excellent but management not so customer focused.
Carpets look good and communication with technician and your company was excellent
This is in regards to the duct cleaning of 3/29/17. I would say a "10" except the technician for a hole in the metal that is too big for the plastic plug intended to keep the warm air from escaping. I currently have duct tape holding the plug in place as I wait for someone to come and fix the problem. I'm not sure what it will be since the hole can not be made smaller.
