There were many problems with the scheduling. It was frustrating. They did not call when they were supposed to and did not come when they were scheduled.

The guys did a great job but my carpet was way too wet. It took about 15 hours to dry.

I like that you only use steam. I don't like a lot of cleaner and scented materials because the carpet never feels clean when those are used. I am happy with my results.

Once the carpet dried, all the spots were still there. Very disappointing as I have used you before and had impressive results one time, little less so the second time. The third time was so disappointing that I will probably not use you again. Sorry.

Keep your hoses from zipping around the corners of stuff and taking off paint and finish

We have two spots that actually look worse on an area rug and a few spots this time around that were very wet and have almost a crunchy feel.
