Carpets look like new !!! All the stains removed. The gentleman was super nice. He made sure I was completely happy before he left.

I like the lack of harsh chemicals
The carpet and tile are not clean. Was wet, had done on Saturday and did not dry until Monday. Carpet had circles left by the tile machine. Truck leaked oily stain on sidewalk. I need to call someone about the job but have been really busy this past week.

Good work crew and customer Service
there was a lot of water that leaked on to my hard wood floor hall way leading to the 3 bedrooms that were cleaned....I had to take a towel and wipe up all the water, in front of Greg. I would recommend the technician lay down some material on floors to soak up water leaking from the cleaning equipment OR spend the time wiping up the water spills....also, my carpets were VERY wet after cleaning, and did not dry for 24 hours....Greg told me 4-6 hours they would be dried....spend more time vacuuming up the water on carpets after they have been cleaned
They were very good to work with. The only thing they could have done better would be to leave the carpet a little dryer like they did last time.
I like:
(1) the process in which you clean the carpets
(2) the technicians who have come to clean the carpets have always been pleasant to work with and have gone out of their way to please me with a job well done.
Everything is carefully assessed and dealt with accordingly. The basic cleaning dried quickly. Problem areas took more time. The worker who came was very nice and easy to work with. The carpet feels dry and really clean. He was knowledgeable about all the procedures and products available. I was very pleased with the results.

Benjamin was very friendly. Very knowledgable. And got on his hands and knees to sniff out pet orders when the room was to bright for the black light. I was very impressed as he was very detailed in his explanation of the process.

Fast friendly service. I just didn't like that everything was an add on. So the price I was quoted got them in my home but I ended up paying a lot more for what I needed
The person who did the cleaning just didn't clean certain areas. When I pointed this out he said he was afraid he would hurt his back. I'm 70 years old and a female half his size and I was able to push those pieces of furniture back and forth. I don't expect to move the really heavy pieces of furniture. If he really didn't feel able to slide smaller pieces back and forth, he could have told me when he got to those spots and I could have moved the pieces for him but he just didn't do those spots. I told him when he first got here that I wanted those areas cleaned. My home is small and there is no place to put those pieces of furniture so moving them back and forth is the only option. I've had a much better experience with Zerorez in the past. Like I said, I would have been happy to move the furniture if he had only told me when he reached those places. Since I wasn't watching him I just assumed that he slide the furniture himself.
