Because I dared say that I was disappointed with the outcome even though I said that the technician had done everything he could, he came back made the traffic spot look much better. He came back obviously angry and did everything he could to scold me and make me feel bad and regretful. He complained that you do not do restoration. He said people go around with magnifying glasses to complain. He explained that I will probably see in front of Home Depot looking for work because he had to come back. He went and on about how awful it was that he had to come back because of me. This was the first time I had paid to have my carpets cleaned and I doubt that I will ever again. I was a customer and did not appreciate being treated in such an emotionally upsetting way.
I have white carpets and they looked yucky but now my carpets look great now.
Perfosional staff that know what they are doing, they come in and get right to work.
Clean carpets
Your cleaners did a good job, were friendly, and punctual. My only complaint is that every little addition, like deep cleaning a "pet spot" and Scotch guard increased the cost so much that it tripled the price I was expecting. That is very hard on a budget!!
I was quoted 250 dollars for my job and I only added 1 area carpet that laid over the room that was to be cleaned so total area didn't change. My invoice was 353.
When I asked why I was told I was only quoted for 1 room protection , however I would have told the woman who quoted me all area.
I'm not sure I got any protection, because when cleaning was complete I don't remember him going back to spray protection. Maybe it is applied differently.
I have used Zerorez in the past and felt better and I don't remember this high of cost, and I had from an email 1 area free with 3 rooms.

While the areas were all cleaned and appeared clean upon first inspection, it didn't take long for the high traffic areas to show the dark spots after the carpet dried. I was sad to see the areas that I had hoped would be clean to still appear dirty once the carpet dried.
Jacob explained how Zerorez works and why it is so good. Then he showed me. Unbelieveably great results. In one high traffic area he showed me the contrast between "before and after". Amazing results. Smells and looks fresh two days later.
