It is not appear that they did the appropriate number of spot pet treatments they had indicated. However, we were charged for that amount. They seemed unethical.

He went through so fast that he missed a few spots. I should have been more diligent in my checking. I was able to get a few spots off with just water afterwards, which he certainly would have been able to get off with his process.

The process Zerorez uses really cleans the carpet. We were pleased with both the process and the look of the carpets after they were cleaned. The technican was courteous and efficient.

Since my carpets are brown, dirt is hard to see, but we have pets and the carpets smell clean when done. The techs have always been very attentive and helpful.

I don't like the use of chemicals. I prefer the use of high powered water treatment. I felt the technician that came to our home gave us a good deal and did a great job.

My tile looks amazing. The grout is about 2 shades lighter than before the cleaning. I am extremely happy.

I would not spend the money, even a sale, to do it again. My tile is now discolored in some areas and original color in others. It is more noticeable now than before the service

The $33 dollar special was what interested us but when he came out he charged me for 4 rooms but only cleaned two. I think my one living is a LITTLE larger than the 200 square feet but my other room is probably 200 or just a little less. So at max should have been charged for 3 rooms. Not his fault I asked through a phone call to do my furniture (love seat and 2 recliners) my mistake. I had no idea how expensive that would be! When he brought me my bill it was $454. It still had my stairs ($60) listed on it and 4 rooms ($132), a couch ($118), 2 recliners ($50 each), and hallway ($20). In the ended after questioning the charges I ended up paying $320. I told my husband I would do it again I hate having to barter for services.

The cleaning and the tech were good and my carpet and furniture look good!
