Eric was our carpet cleaner. He was fabulous. He was happy on time quick easy to work with and even gave us hoodies to where if we had to step on the wet carpet. When he was finished there were no spots on the carpet and it dried beautifully. I would recommend Zerorez.

I tried the Rug doctor to get rid of a Litter box smell to no avail, Called Zero Rez and now the smell is gone. The carpet expert that came was friendly, professional, and made the service that much better. He even cleaned a stain in another room that I didn't pay for! Amazing company.

I liked everything. The gentleman was super nice and explained everything.
Your service is good. Your employee was courteous. He seemed to go plenty fast to be getting the job done right! Did the whole basement carpet (around 17-1800 sq. feet of carpet and 3 area rugs) in just over one hour. We always seem to spend more than we thought it would be, especially this time! We had the main level done about two weeks earlier. Both jobs cost about 700.00. Our house is about 2500 sq. feet each level, but quite a bit is tile or hard wood floors
After 20 years of family living, including pets my carpets look almost like new.

My carpets get completely clean and they dry in less than 4 hours.
What's not to like? Products clean without leaving a residue that gathers dirt and grime. When the tech is finished and leaves and the carpets dry, they are clean. On this latest cleaning I personally didn't think the carpets would come clean. We had to do repairs on the carpet. The before and after we're literally as different as night and day. Now, after cleaning and drying, it all matches. All I can say is, Wow!!!
After having my carpets cleaned in our new house there was an odor left in the entire upstairs. Also, the stairs that were cleaned now smell like pets perhaps from the previous homeowner. I would have liked for the carpet cleaning service to eliminate odors, but instead it brought them out.
