Time will tell, but I am totally happy with the results of my first experience with zerorez.
Our carpets look clean and new! The service tech was friendly, professional and worked hard to get finished in a timely manner.
Get a better way to pay. Something like the square. Having to give my card number to the technician seems unprofessional and kind of inconvenient.

I do have one problem with a treatment area that I paid a extra 150.00 for, the tech did the flash extraction. The area was wet for three days afterwards and it still smells terrible. I don't think he spent enough time sucking the water out.
