Benjamin was very friendly. Very knowledgable. And got on his hands and knees to sniff out pet orders when the room was to bright for the black light. I was very impressed as he was very detailed in his explanation of the process.

The person who did the cleaning just didn't clean certain areas. When I pointed this out he said he was afraid he would hurt his back. I'm 70 years old and a female half his size and I was able to push those pieces of furniture back and forth. I don't expect to move the really heavy pieces of furniture. If he really didn't feel able to slide smaller pieces back and forth, he could have told me when he got to those spots and I could have moved the pieces for him but he just didn't do those spots. I told him when he first got here that I wanted those areas cleaned. My home is small and there is no place to put those pieces of furniture so moving them back and forth is the only option. I've had a much better experience with Zerorez in the past. Like I said, I would have been happy to move the furniture if he had only told me when he reached those places. Since I wasn't watching him I just assumed that he slide the furniture himself.

Website said 2 to 4 hours drying time. Technician said much longer. Website said he would set up fans. He didn't use any fans. Have info on website match what happens in reality for more realistic expectations.
No weird smells or wet carpet.
The carpet was not cleaned the first time so I asked him to come back. The day after he cleaned the stain had come back up to the carpet surface. I would like one more try please. Especially after paying over $500.

I am still waiting for my receipt for when I paid. Needs to be more careful where the hose lies, my grass got burned where the hose was laying.

I like not having soapy residue - the cleaned carpets feel very soft to bare feet. The technician was eager to please and rework certain difficult spots. Carpet areas were dry within the day. I had 3 rms. carpet cleaned, 16 stairs, a landing and kitchen tile cleaned and sealed and the work was completed in a very reasonable amount of time. I am very satisfied with the work done by zerorez.
The technician, Ryan, was very kind and did a great job explaining how the cleaner worked. We also liked that the cleaner was free of chemicals.
I paid extra for the odor control and spots and they seem worse than before if you are the best I would think you could get all of the stains out
