Our carpet was all trampled down and dirty and Zerorez came and it looks like new again!
I was hoping the carpets would of come out cleaner and the price was much higher then I thought. I asked for scotch guard and I thought it was in my quote but he said I declined which I know I did not. Your employee was great and very nice - I was just disappointed.
There is no residue of soap left. I thought the gentleman who cleaned my carpets did a good job.
Nice guy! Used other carpet cleaner and Zerorez is better.

I have been pleased with the service Zerorez has provided for me. Setting up appointments is very easy and there isn't a long wait time for the appointment to take place. There have been a number of technicians that have cleaned my carpets and tile. I have been very impressed with both Jimmie and Rees. Both have done work in my home and done awesome work. But I do have to say that all of the technicians have been very professional and take great pride in what they do. I do recommend Zerorez to my friends because my experiences have been so positive. Thank you for another job well done!
I absolutely loved the man that came to clean my carpets from zerorez. He was very pleasant, funny and very helpful and nice. He did a wonderful job on my carpets. I will be using your company for all my carpet cleaning needs in the future.
