Lack of soaps and quick drying.
I like the fact that your staff called with a reminder of the carpet cleaning appointment, and called to let me know when the cleaner would arrive at my home. Jared was the technician that cleaned my carpets, he was very professional. He explained what needed to be done and why.
No odor
I felt the serviceman was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He came exactly as anticipated and did a great job - very professional and thorough. I think his name was Gonzalo.

Very clean carpets that dry quickly. Great technician.
We have been able to get out spots on the carpet that were not removed by your service. The tile cleaning you did left darker grout close to some of the edges - suppose that means the edge was not as clean. Perhaps we just expected too much. The bottom line is that we were rather disappointed once the carpet was dry and you could really tell what had been achieved. Your technician was good but we ended up feeling that perhaps the job was too big or that he went too quickly to do a better job. The area rug cleaning was also disappointing. We are not expecting you to do anything to address our issues - it could be our expectations and not your work.
The technician was amazing!
But I was under the impression that I would receive a call between 1230 and 130pm giving me a more definitive time. I finally called the office at 230. I was disappointed when the office told me that our technician was help up because another customer was late and I in turn the technician wouldn't be to my house until way after 5. I was thankful they found a different technician to come out. He was very helpful and it took him about an hour. The only other problem I had was I was quoted 131$ and was charged 161$ plus the pet and disposal fee. While the tech I would give a 10 the company maybe a 5.
On time, good work
As far as the products, we love that there is little residue and not a lot of wetness. We also expect great performance from the high alkaline water that you use to clean with that pulls more of the impurities out of the carpets. As for the service, we had a wonderful technician, Brian. He was positive and cheerful and we appreciated his patience in answering all our questions. He was very careful to especially groom a couple of hard spots where he gave extra attention, but didn't leave the carpets wet or soggy. It was a pleasure to have him in our home for his professional attitude and happy nature made our experience a great one. I've already recommended you to my sister who saw my new clean carpets and is ready to have Zerorez clean hers! Thank you Brian for a great effort in our behalf!

We have used Zerorez exclusively in the past for our main home and rental homes, and always had a good experience. This time however, for our main home at 2445 S Huckleberry Ct., Heber City, Utah, I met the technician at a rental house he was doing first for us, paid him for both houses (gave him a $20 tip) and left him to do his work as I had to get back to my office. We had two houses done on the same day this time. We paid a lot ($345) to have the whole house above that we live in cleaned and the protectant applied. Most of the bedrooms and a couple of other rooms, he would only be able to do the traffic areas, since there were queen/king size beds, dressers, and/or other big pieces of furniture that we were not going to move. He called me to say that the family room area would have to count as two areas, so we took off a small living room area that really wasn't dirty to begin with. When I came back at the end of the day, the carpet in the family room didn't look a whole lot better than before he cleaned it, unlike past experiences with Zerorez where the carpet is noticably cleaner (the carpet is polyester and is only a little over 2 years old, and wasn't super dirty or worn to begin with). Also, I'm guessing that he forgot to do the master bedroom closet area (it is only about a 6x9 area to actually clean and we had it cleared and vacuumed, but he didn't clean it). I hope that he simply forgot it and didn't choose not to clean it because in his mind it was a separate area, especially when he couldn't clean about half of the square footage of the bedrooms because of the furniture - so the actual square footage in each bedroom that he cleaned was about half of the square footage of the bedroom, so there shouldn't have been a problem with cleaning the small master closet area even though it is separated from the master bedroom by the master bathroom. Anyway, we've always had good experiences with Zerorez unti now, but if this had been our first experience with Zerorez, we probably wouldn't return as customers. Not sure what we're going to do in the future.
I was just surprised that the technician only spend about 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours to clean seven large rooms and two staircases. It made me concerned about how clean it got. Seems really fast for a $400 cleaning.

My carpets are 18 years old Zerorez is the only company I have used to clean them. After cleaning yesterday they look like they can last 5 more years. Isais is the best, he is a hard worker and I will request him every time. Love Zerorez and Isais.

I like that the cleaning process if free of chemicals and that the work was done well.
I asked to be sure to clean the whole fridge and the top didnt get done even after calling 15 minutes into the job to remind them to be sure and clean it. twice this has happened in the last 2 months for my properties. not happy

The guy who cleaned our carpets was so kind and knowledgable. Even after finishing cleaning he came back and made sure we were satisfied. And then made sure to offer us the carpet protectant and came back in to do that. He was very professional and seriously so kind. He made sure to get the high traffic areas and worked with a smile!!!
WE had a great experience with Zerorez. Our carpet turned out great. Your technician Juan was very helpful in telling the benefits of upgrading from Scott guarding to your MicroSeal product. Juan represent your company with great integrity. We will call Zerorez when we get ready to do the rest of the house.
They guys that came were great! Super nice and did a good job. My carpets are really old and Zerorez was able to bring them back to life. I love how clean the carpet and tile feel!

Tim was awesome! He was very professional, thorough and considerate. My sister was visiting when Tim was here cleaning. She had had a different technician clean her home only a few days earlier and was disappointed in her technician who was neither professional, thorough nor considerate. She also said her technician looked like "a thug", which made her nervous as she is a young mom home alone with small children. Me and my family will now request Tim by name! Way to go, Tim!

Caring operators
Better schedule management. I made an online booking. There was only a 2-4 pm slot, no later slots. The guy didn't show until 4:30-4:45, but it was because of previous appointments going over. Not sure if there's anything to be done about that but that was the only issue with the cleaning.
