Better communication about arrival. Woman on phone said tech would call between 8:15 and 8:30 to tell me when he would arrive. Instead he called at 7:45 and arrived at 8:30. Very confusing. I was walking my daughter to school.

I loved the demo between using zerorez treated water and tap water. It was very informative. Rich was very thorough in his cleaning. My carpets look beautiful!
Scheduling was easy, and the technician was great. Spots were removed, and the carpet wasn't left "crisp/crunchy" as it had been with other companies in the past. There was an issue with equipment during our service, but they took care of it and were very attentive and flexible to our schedule. Wish we would've given our technician a tip, maybe his boss can do it for us ;)!
