I can't remember the names of the two people who came to our house, I want to say Alex was one of them. They did a fantastic job!
They were very conscientious and took their time doing a good job and making sure the stains we were worried about were gone. The two of them worked well together.

We have used Zeroez many times. With this last cleaning, the young man did very well with our downstairs carpet, but did a poor job on our stairs. He did not seem to know how to clean in the L of the stairs.

I like that you clean without detergent. However, I came on board with Zerorez in the first place after my carpet was cleaned with a big truck, not one of your mini-vans. The mini-vans don't get the carpet near as clean, nor do they have the suction or power that the big trucks did. The big truck Zerorez operator did not have to use any pre-sprays on high traffic areas with dry cleaning solvents, etc. Personally, I wish that Zerorez would go back to the big trucks. The operator who cleaned my carpet this past time did a good job, however, I noticed right after he left that there were two muddy water looking dirty spots about 2 inches in diameter on the edge of two of my stairs on the stairs going up from the main floor where the hose dragged across the edge of the stair and left a dirty spot that wasn't there before they were cleaned. These spots are highly visible and upset me every time I go up and down the stairs. I think that this kind of thing could be prevented if the operator would look over his work when he is done loading his hoses and make sure that they haven't caused any soiled spots, asking the homeowner if everything looks okay is premature prior to all the equipment is removed. A former operator chipped my cherry wood stained stairs with his hose or hose connector end also, and that hasn't been repaired. I would greatly appreciate it if Zerorez would send someone out to address both of these issues. Otherwise, I am very pleased with the cleaning job. Not as good as the former big trucks, but better than detergent by far. I don't need the protectorent, as we don't have pets and don't wear shoes in our home, but I would love it if you would issue me a credit equivalent to the cost of the proctectorant on my next carpet cleaning. I have Zerorez clean my carpets annually. Please confirm that you will do that instead. Thank you very much!

I love that there is no residue! I've used other cleaners that seem to attract everything after they've been cleaned.

Carpet is NOT clean. Paid $200 to clean the carpets in this new house I bought, and a day or so later after cleaning I vacuumed literally a bag full of additional hair and lint and crap out of the carpet. Unreal. Only reason this gets a 2 and not 0 is that the rep was really nice and professional. Not sure if it was an issue with your technology or what, but unless you come back and fix I will be going with other carpet cleaners in the future.

Everything is done great and they don't pressure you to buy extras just educate you on what is available. Great customer service!

The previous owners of my house had dogs. The house has been cleaned by Zerorez twice in the last 3 months and still smells like we dog and carpet. The deodorizer that Zerorez uses left absolutely no pleasant smell at all. Nor did the protectant that we paid extra for. I am disappointed that my house was left with a wet smell, and it has been several days since it was cleaned. Z really needs to use something that makes the house sell good, even if it is a light smell.

This was the first time out of several that we have utilized your services that I would not sing praises to your company. Our carpets were left with more moisture in them than usual. It had taken over 48 hours to dry. Also, high traffic stains were not taken care of as nicely as they have been in the past. Overall, They didn't look as clean as they have been in the past. My husband said the technician was in a hurry to have them completed under 30 minutes. I was surprised when I had gotten home from work. Other technicians took the time to move small items in the way to promote a proper cleaning. My husband has been home on a disability. No I did not want your tech to move furniture, (that was our responsibility) but, cleaning under end tables that had the clearance would have been appreciated. And he put on a carpet protection of $30.00 to seal in the dirt that wasn't cleaned in the first place. I will probably ask for your assistance again with my carpets. however,If the same type of service is displayed, I WILL BECOME VERY VOCAL TO FRIENDS & FAMILY. I take pride in referring great companies and services that I have had the opportunity to experience.

I had a couple spots from animal urine. This is the first time I've had my carpets cleaned. After my carpets were cleaned and the cleaner was on his way out, I found out there was an animal care treatment. I wish I'd know that. I probably would have gone with that.

I think the cost of cleaning the interior of the car was too high given the somewhat mediocre result.
