The young man that serviced my home and his companion were well informed about the product and about the materials in my carpet. He is worth what you pay him AND more. You have a great employee there. His name was Jonah. I can't remember what the other young man's name was but I think he was in training and already had good work ethic.

There were several spots that we were told would be removed and they weren't. Also, the couch still had areas that didn't come clean. I have used your services in the past with no problems. I just feel that after spending over $600.00, it should be better than what it was

We tried to get assurance that the Zerorez was safe for our couch. We did get the assurance, but as it turned out the Zerorez cleaning was not safe.

We now have streaks on the cushions that are much lighter than the rest. I made a mistake to have the couch cleaned by Zerorez.
