Go over heavy traffic areas more so they come clean. I always have to request they be redone because they don't look much different. Going over it twice or more will do the trick.

Look, everything is ok, the service was good. I just do not like survey after survey on everything I do and if I am around my friends If the subject comes up, I will discuss cleaning.
everyone asks to many questions and when I am with a group or driving with friends it seems like the issue of surveys comes up and no one likes them. If they fill it out it is a guess.
Even though I am older it still tasks time out of my day to answer . You are not the only one that comes.

They need better scheduling. They only sent one guy for a big commercial job.

I told the tech there was a specific spot that needed more attention. My dog got ahold of marshmellows and throw up.... that area was still a little stiff.... the carpet was still stiff from the marshmallow when it dried.

I have always been VERY happy with Zerorez and would have never used anyone else to clean my carpets. I was less satisfied with the job the last technician did. I paid for the repellent throughout my house and am not sure it was applied. To be far it may have been and I missed it. I will say, he was fast! Oh
