that you just use water and no added agents
Took longer than 6 hours to dry, but the carpets were really dirty. The results were worth the wait.

Zerorez is my favorite carpet cleaning company. Our carpet smells so fresh and looks almost new again. The technician was super polite and friendly, and he went out of his way to make sure I was totally satisfied. I couldn't be more pleased!
Great technician
Very impressed with the entire process. Technician showed up on time and was a total professional, explaining every detail of the process before he started. Carpets are clean and bright, and we will be using them again... Only suggestion, The 4 -6 hour dry time is unrealistic. We allowed ours to dry overnight, and they were still a little damp in the morning, after 16 hours of drying...
Very friendly and helpful when setting up appointments . Time frame very close to what you told me. Cleaning was good fast and efficent.
The three room cleaning we had done Sept. 4, 2017 was a good experience. The worker came on schedule. He was prepared and used a black light to help identify areas that needed extra treatment. The place smelled so much better almost immediately after the cleaning. We will definitely use Zerorez again! Thanks so much

Hi. Our experience was very good at far as ease and speed of scheduling our appointment and our carpets were well cleaned. We only just noticed a slight issue with our laminate floors around the wool rugs that were cleaned. I believe the polish that we have on our laminate flooring reacted with the rug cleaning solution and left a sticky cloudy film on our laminate floors just around the edges of the rugs. I wish I would have remembered to mention that we polished our laminate with Rejuvenate and asked the technician to put some kind of barrier over our laminate. This Rejuvenate floor polish reacts with other cleaners. So now we'll have to strip the floors of the polish and repolish them.

The carpet dried relatively quickly. I'm eager to see how it looks a couple of weeks from now. What impressed me most was the knowledge and professionalism of the young technician who did the cleaning.

I hated how backed up you were. On the two days before my appointment, your 'window of arrival' wasn't given but you would call at 2:30. No calk until 3. Technician didn't arrive until five!! The original technician that arrived left after 30 minutes to do another job and a supervisor came. Sketchy and weird. Unacceptable.
The pricing also changed. He said my area rug was larger than quoted. I couldn't dispute that because the quote didn't have a size listed even though I was sure we discussed at length the size. The increase on my invoice was done as a 40 qnty of $1. Weird. I was also originally quoted for tile over the phone but wanted a more accurate measurement. The guys gave me a price for similar square footage that was hundreds less because of a package deal? I decided to not do the tile because I felt ripped off that they could discount it.
I also hated all of the potential 'up charges' with scotchguard and heater filters and everything. I just wanted my carpets cleaned. That's it.
The guys themselves were nice enough. The carpet looks average.
I think I might try another company next year. I wasn't wowed like Doug Wright said I would be.
Spend less time trying to sell us on pet urine treatments that we don't need (our cat does not pee on the carpet). Don't dump chemicals in our parking strip that kill the grass.
Overall, our technician was very friendly, worked conscientiously, and did a good job. However, the dead grass is annoying.
