The rap was on time. And I did enjoy that he took the extra time to take pictures of the carpet since I am renting the property. This will save me a lot of time since I was so busy moving out of my other house. The carpets came so much cleaner than what they were before and thank you so much.
The technician was very polite and courteous. He took time to make sure that no damage was done to my walls. My carpet feels fluffy again unlike the others that I've used in the past where it still felt kind of crunchy.

They did a great job and my carpets look beautiful. The tecknation was hard working and maded sure my carpet looked clean again.
The driver of the carport clean van backed up in the driveway and pushed the bottom of a support beam out of the base by 8 inches that supports the carport. I contacted the person who I originally called for the service who in turn said a general manager and puked call with their solution to fix the support pole but I have not heard from anyone. I like the chemical free, natural products you use, like the lime. I also like the three step process.

No odd chemical smell. Got the pet urine smell out beautifully. The carpet feels so soft!! The stain in the high foot traffic area is gone, which Stanley Steamer failed to get the first time. The guys were very professional, kind, and efficient. I've already recommended to my whole family.

I also would have liked to know that coming so late (5:15 on a Saturday night) was a possibility and expectations that he would be there until 8 would have been helpful. We were originally told he would arrive between 12:30 and 3:30 and that was the latest they liked to start their last job of the day. We were called that day to update when they committed to, though, which I appreciate.
The workers actually work hard to get the carpet clean unlike other companies I have tried.

It was easy to get an appointment. The gentleman on the phone worked me through all the options and told me how much it would cost. They called me numerous times to let me know when they would be out to clean. When the tec arrived, he was clean cut and courteous. He obviously knew his job and immediately went to work. He was in my home 2 1/2 hours cleaning 3 rooms, a hall, stairs, a sofa and love seat, and putting a stain resistant on the carpets. He was professional the whole time and did a fantastic job.
Luke did a beautiful job. My carpet looks so much better than I thought was possible.
Customer service
Carpets always look great after a visit from zeroes. They cleaned tile in front of the door and it looks awesome, too.
it has been 48 hours and even with the one fan given to us we still have damp carpets!
Fellow who did them was nice, explained everything, was fast and efficient.
I also got billed an extra room (I think it was an effort to give me the discount but went in as a debit instead of a credit) but I called about it.
Our serviceman did a great job getting stains from carpet. I highly recommend this business.
From start to finish everything was spot on. Of course after Luke left all the spots were off. Online reservations were easy and the follow through was helpful. As always a call to let me know what time they would arrive and the technition was prompt. Luke discussed my needs and gave me the cost breakdown. He then went to work. He was personable yet professional and I felt comfortable he would give his best effort. He did, the carpets turned out incredible. I love the no soap process and the dry time is real quick. If you haven't used Zerorez take my advice and try them out. You won't be disappointed.

I feel the service is well priced. I like the cleaning process used to remove dirt. If it ended up I was not quite satisfied with something, the worker was willing to return and give it another treatment.
