We had a wonderful experience with Zerorez. From making our appointment, to the technician showing up on time, to the professionalism and thorough cleaning, we were very happy with our service. Abby was exceptional.
The young man that came and cleaned my carpets was courteous and knowledgeable. He showed me everything that needed to be done and gave me a clear estimate of the total before he jumped in and started working. My carpets have been cleaned by other companies but this was a much better experience. My carpets look like they're brand new and they had soda, punch, chocolate milk and dog urine on them. It was a mess! And now they're so lovely and fresh. Thank you so much!

Follow up and reports on progress toward scheduled appointment. Team work by cleaners shortens time out of home.
Edges next to the tile were left dirty. I wasn't able to tell until the carpet dried.
The tech was great. Super friendly and thorough. The only caveat is after 2 days, the wet carpet smell is still lingering in my house.

my carpets were not cleaned well at all. I could see exactly where he cleaned and where he did not. He applied the protectant with a spray bottle which did not some to cover very well.
Knowledgable staff, upfront pricing, can already tell a difference with the air duct cleaning and the carpet cleaning got dark spots out and smells pleasant.
Don't like your bait and switch tactics.
It was kind of expensive other than that the service was great and the people that came out was very professional . I only had my stairs and one room cleaned for that price I would think it would be less .

How quick the service was.

I particularly liked the efficient way Zerorez went about the cleaning process. From pre-treatment to odor control to final cleaning, Mitch was very thorough and professional.
Each area turned out better than expected and we will surely use Zerorez the next time we clean our carpets.

That is does not leave a residue and the carpet is not crazy wet after cleaning
I like how much of the dirt you can get out of the carpet. I'm hopeful that it will not return as soon as it does with other carpet cleaning processes, but I'll wait to see.

The carpets feel clean and product free. The techs are always polite and good workers and knowledgeable.
My technician was very respectful and explained everything to me. He also answered all my questions. What I really appreciated was when the chairs dried I could see some spots that were still there. I called them and they sent my tech right back out and re-cleaned them. I'm very happy with how they turned out!!!
Our technician is the ONLY reason we decided to use your service. We have had a not so good experience two times. First time our carpets and couch were left soggy and crunchy for days. The second time we were quoted one price over the phone only to find out that it would be 100.00+ more when the technician showed up. I was so upset and had to deal with pricing for 35 minutes all while trying to take care of two kids that are sick. Our technician did a great job and was super informative. We still have one small stain in our bedroom where my son threw up chocolate milk. Surprisingly it's more noticible now than it was before. Overall, i would have a REALLY hard time using your services again. I feel like I am just never sure what I am going to get.
