Our carpet specialist did such a great job and was so friendly that I bought lunch for both of us and just visited for a while, what a great young man. Super job.

I've really struggled with deciding if I would even contact you or let it go. The problem I have, is that I feel like I was flat out lied to. Our carpets were ruined by another carpet cleaner before I called Zerorez. But I wasn't sure if they could be fixed, so I called to get another opinion. Your tech told me that FOR SURE Zerorez could get the deep yellow stains out left by the other cleaner. That was not true. What Zerorez did is turn the stains into bleached white spots. I should have listened to my gut and just pulled out the carpet and replaced it with tile or laminate.
I guess the reason I am responding is based on principle. Instead of wasting $125 on carpet cleaning, I am now out another $109 to Zerorez. The tech should have just told me, he didn't think it was fixable. That would have won my trust and I would have called YOU next time. Now I won't call either one of you again.
I was also told the carpet would dry in 4-6 hours. It was 2 days before I could move furniture back in.
Lastly, the carpets do look a tad better in our family room, but they are crunchy AND I had to clean out the squished in fruit snack left in the carpet after your cleaner left.
On a positive note, your tech was super nice, the staff was professional and kind every time I called. The carpets just didn't get cleaned and that is what I was paying for. I was not paying to have nice staff.

I have a tile hallway and then it goes into the bedrooms and the utility closet the technician did a great job on the bedrooms in the closet but the 6 inches in between the tile hallway and the closet or doorway was not touched. It was 6 inches.
Jacob did a very good job and was easy to work with. Carpets look so much better.

Our tech, Jacob, was friendly and professional. He explained each step and did a great job.
Our carpets were going to be a challenge for anyone, but not Zerorez? Their service was prompt, efficient, and thorough. There were some spots we seriously wondered if they could treat, but they did, and left us with an amazingly clean carpet and sofa. No question--we will call Zerorez again and again.
The carpet seems cleaner than I have seen it after Coit's cleaning two years ago.
Cleaner was friendly and did an excellent job
It took so much less time for my carpet to dry and there are no weird stains coming out 5 days later. Most importantly, my technician spent SO MUCH TIME cleaning my sectional. It looks brand new and it's more than 20 years old. And enormous. I wish I could give you guys an 11.
The technician, Jacob, called to alert me of his arrival time. He was very polite, thorough, efficient and respectful of my home. He did a fantastic job and helped move the furniture around. Because of his expertise and willingness to work I ended up doing the entire house. The carpets look great!! Thank you!
Professional technicians, not pushy in up selling services, quality of work ( like that no soap residu or chemicals are left in carpet)
I have been please by how polite the service techs are. Although I am not a fan of having to keep my schedule open for a 3 hour window, I am glad they call when they know they are on their way. They were very thorough in finding out what I needed and then checking to make sure I was satisfied before wrapping it up. I will use them again.
This is the best this carpet has looked for years. No doubt ill be a return customer. Michelle is a really good technician by the way.

You guys do such a great job! I have been requesting Isais for a few years now, he knows just what I need what with a dog and a cat, he is always polite and professional. It smells good and feels good! No harsh chemicals like some companies use that I will NEVER use any of them ever again; I got a bad skin reaction, which never happens with Zerorez. I have referred you many times to my friends and they too have been very pleased with your services! My carpets look so good. Thank you!
