Very professional, thorough and did a fantastic job!

It just wasn't what I expected. My carpets dried crunchy, which makes me feel like they are still dirty and it was more expensive then I had been told over the phone. The tech who came was very nice and informed me of issues and things. Over all it was a fine experience, I just think I'll try some one else next time.

I am not happy with my grout cleaning on my stone floors

Truthfully, I wasn't very happy with the end result this time. I've used you before and I was happy. I know my carpet is old, and the traffic areas are never going to look like new, but there were a lot of spots left this time. I've gone back with a squirt bottle of hot water and my suction vacuum and they have come out. I'm not the kind of person to call and complain and make you come out again. And I'm not going to complain or leave negative comments on social media. I think your service is good, I'm just not thrilled this time.

The shampooer was very polite and did a great job. I was happy with everything but the price😬 It cost more to get my area rug cleaned than it did to do a whole room, that seems crazy. It took him 10 minutes. And I felt it was ridiculous to charge us 50$ for chemicals per room, when one was a little bathroom hooked onto the bedroom. I feel 50$ for both would have been plenty.
I loved the service, and the quality, just not the price. I would warn my friends to be prepared to pay ... a lot.

My carpet is light colored and had some stains that I thought would never come out. You guys proved me wrong! The techs were very friendly and professional.

We had a badly stained carpet. Now it looks new. We are amazed. Truly. Great service. Amazing results.

I paid a lot of money for the pet treatment and was left with lots of pee in corners and such. I wouldn't have paid for that treatment had I known it would still be there. I let someone know via text and nothing was done to resolve it. I will use my old company in the future.

30 hours later and my carpet is still damp. This doesn't seem like it should be the case since I was told 4-6 hours to dry. There was also a few water spots on my hardwood throughout my house that were left from the hose I'm guessing so I had to go and mop them all up before they damaged my floors.

We appreciated the communication of the appointment center reps, our technician Ben and the follow up group. Each step in the process was well orchestrated. Ben was exceptional. If there was a score higher than 10 he earned it. He was patient with our questions, concerns and requests. We fully understood all of the services and products we asked for and received. The work was exceptional. We couldnt be more pleased. Zero Rez has earned our future business

Specialist was informed, courteous, and completed the areas in just about one hour.

Jonah has always been good but this time he out did himself! We had a very sick pup and no amount of cleaning on my part would make a dent in the multiple dark stains. I know where the stains were located and cannot see them! Jonah is the best!

First, I was told that you do steam cleaning and you don't . I was told the price was $149 and end up being $249. My bed board still looks dirty and you definitely use chemicals. I had to open all the windows all day to get rid of the smell.
I look at my email and found your invoice where you charged me to clean my area rugs and I agreed to the price but in addition you charge me $59.99 for extra square footage for the rugs.
It is deceiving if you are already setting a price for the rugs and you don't tell the customer that you are also going to charge for extra square footage.
I love your customer service and the technician Broc was very polite and courteous and I give him a 10 but you need to be more clear with people and give the customer a receipt before the technician leaves to solve any discrepancies. Thank you !

It is the cleanest anyone has ever been able to get my carpets!

The carpet is really clean and looks great for being thirty years old.

Very professional staff. I have no complaints about the way I was treated. It's just the result was lacking. Maybe the damage to my carpet is beyond repair. I can accept that. But the improvement was pretty slight, especially considering I spent over $100 for one room. So, all in all, I'm not very satisfied.

Make sure your workers do a good job the first time so they don't have to come back. A second time... Slow down not try to finish so quickly

The lady who shampooed our carpets was amazing! She was friendly, careful with the walls and railing... and she had a great personality! Our carpets came out beautiful. Price was a little higher than we usually pay, but all in all we were very happy with the outcome! Thank you.

The service before this one, was not good and the tech had to come back or rather another tech.
The tech "Reese" on this last service on Sept 2nd, was great.
My carpets were cleaned well the first time.
The regular carpet machine you use which is more like a floor scrubber type machine was not working so the tech was using the hose with the attachment like you would see when using a large vaccum attachment which actually worked better than before on my carpets and did not leave the solution in patterns format on some areas of my carpet which in the past you had to send out a tech to remove.
Something from the truck across my lawn to the front door left a yellow/brown streak on my lawn.
