Your process of confirming the appointment time by having the tech call when he's on his way is very helpful, rather than having to wait around for a 4-hour window. They also explain things very well about issues with the carpet - stains, wear, etc. Also appreciate the up-front explanation from the tech about what the total cost will be. Your communication is just very good. I feel like a paying customer instead of just meat.

The carpets looked great when I got home--my husband said there were three spots that were still showing because of traffic patterns/deeper dirt, and he used Resolve on it and they came out, because I couldn't see anything when I saw them.

Process was not effective eliminating stains. The carpet required a redo (which was better) and as did the furniture (which was not). The process, while environmentally better, was not as good as chemical cleaners.

I cleared out an entire room expect for a bed. I figured it would have been moved to get underneath it since it was on wheels. But I take it nothing extra will be done. I just have had a good experience with another carpet cleaning company that would do things like that.
