The person who cleaned it was so knowledgeable and did a wonder job. The carpet looks like new. He took his time and showed me where the spots my animal had left behind and treated them. The best job!

We had some really dirty carpet to be cleaned and they looked wonderful when Brock was finished. I love that there is very little water left in the carpets as well.
We have been using zerorez for a decade, and have referred many clients friends and family over the years. The quality of cleaning has consistently gone down over the last four years. The last cleaning we had done left our carpets soaking wet, to the point where when we stepped on the carpet water came up through our toes. Most of the lightly dirtied areas still looked exactly the same after the cleaning and another technician had to come out the next day and re-clean the carpet. After the second cleaning the carpet was damp, like normal, and the dirt was mostly gone. Considering the cost to do our basement family room and one bedroom was $340, due to the pet treatment, we expected far superior cleaning for the price. I don't think we will be using zerorez again.

My carpet looks amazing when they are done cleaning. It feels clean with no residue. The technician is always informative and does an excellent job. I haven't used any other carpet cleaner for the past three years because Zerorez has me sold!
Besides my daughters (3 yo) arm got caught in your high powered hose and you applied and charged me for the application I didn't need. Not too bad it looks great. Please make sure the hoses are not laying around while tiny tots are roaming their house.

My carpets always look great when Zerorez is done cleaning them! I usually get an appointment time I need. This last appointment that I had, I was put on the cancellation list because there wasn't one early enough for my needs. And someone cancelled and I got my carpets cleaned when I needed them (after renters moved out and new before renters moved in)! It was a great service! Thanks Zerorez!

I've used zero rez several times, in the past my carpets always looked clean and bright, this time not so, they are trying a new wand out that left my carpets streaked, he came back to redo, which they aren't as bad, but still can see some streaks, don't think I will use Zerorez again.

Very friendly service and great cleaning job. I appreciated Christian's courtesy and kindness while he was in my home. Besides the kindness and was apparent in his demeanor, the carpets wee cleaned with utmost professionalism. We had three extremely hard stains that we had tried to get out for over a year, they are now gone! Great job Zerorez!
