Quick efficient service; friendly technicians.

It was the technician that made such a huge difference. Last time the person did a terrible even damaging job. I just called to give Zeroez one last chance. The person who came did a fantastic job. He took his time to do quality work and I could tell he really cared about doing a great job. I was super pleased with a carpet that looked far better than I thought it could. He listened to my concerns and was so respectful of me and my home. Too bad you can't clone him but perhaps Zeroez has worked on not only quality product but quality personel.

The technician was fast and friendly. Our carpets look amazing and they are not crusty like other cleaners we have used.

Well so far my rugs appear very clean, and stains have not reappeared....very thorough and friendly service.

Hi Zerorez! Boy! Did my carpets need cleaning! Kept putting it off because I wanted to replace my carpet. And I was having a small construction project completed where the carpenters had to walk on my carpets each and every day. So finally I decided to just give my carpets another chance and called Zerorez. These carpets know no other cleaner, as I am sold on Zerorez because residues don't build up in the cleaning.

Eric came with a big smile. He was to clean my whole upstairs and the stairs down to the basement. That guy really knows carpets!--the carpet styles and fiber contents-- the ones that hide the dirt the most--the wear levels-- and he gave me hope that I could make my carpet last lots longer. He did a terrific job!
AND I won't be replacing my carpets anytime soon, because I have a partner who will help me get the most wear out of them. Thank you Zerorez!

the carpets are clean which is nice the tec was professional but charged us for an extra room saying our living room counted at 2 rooms i gave the measurements when i booked and told the office the living room was 275 sq and they said they would count that as one then the tec insisted it was 2 dident measure or anything so i end up paying for 2 not cool .

I have used Zerorez now on three different occasions and every time I have been extremely pleased with the technician and with how clean my carpets are.

too expensive and technician was mad that one guy came in and walked over the tile without realizing he shouldn’t. technician also didn’t let me know i should put up signs so no one walks on tile. also very expensive for the amount of work and product used. will do it myself next time.

Your team who came in were very nice. They seemed to be thorough and helpful. Even fairly fast. When they left and we had had fans on for a few hours we notice places that had been missed. Also that residue was left in corners and against walls which we will have to clean up We think your charges for some small stains were high and made the "good price" not so.

We have used your services several times but will now reconsider.

Isias who cleaned our carpet was amazing. He got every spot out (and there were lots). I love how he wore the shoe protectors inside the house and also used the corner protectors. Everything about the service was very professional. Thank you!

Our technician was fast and efficient he was very protective of his equipment, our walls, furniture and hardwood floors while moving his equipment around and the carpet looks great. This is the first time I've had a professional floor cleaner I definitely think I will call zero razz again.

I thought Cody did a great job on my carpets and tile. We will continue to use Zerorez for our cleaning needs!

Zerorez was prompt in calling me back and getting me scheduled. Their service was wonderful. They weren't pushy. Their service was fast and they respected me and my home.

Technicians are friendly and do a good job. They always ask for you to inspect their work. If there are areas that you want them to do again they do it. I also like how fast it drys👍

How well it cleans my carpets

This was my first time using Zerorez. We are very pleased!

The service tech we had this time was fantastic. I hope we get him again. I wish I had more upfront eduction about the carpet treatment post cleaning. I'll do it next time.

The service was good. The representative did his job well and was very congenial. The communication about appointment time was also good.

There were a few coffee stains in our carpet which were still there after he left. I feel that they should have been removed. I did not see them until I was moving furniture back into the room. I was able to remove the stains with hydrogen peroxide, so I feel that the cleaning should have been able to take care of the stains.

Also, our carpets had a lot of buckling that was apparently due to a large amount of water being used. Some limited amount of buckling was present previous to the cleaning. However after cleaning, the amount was substantial. Most of the buckling went away as the carpet dried, but we talked to a carpet stretcher who indicated this happens with large amounts of water being used on the carpet due to the plastic backing.

I have had my carpet cleaned by another service many times and have not had these things happen so I did not expect these things to happen and therefore gave a lower rating on the service.

My carpets look great! Dried in a short amount of time.

I have had Zerorez for years. Why try someone else when I am happy with the results with Zerorez?. I like honesty. When they look at the carpet and see something that may not look great again, they let me know before they start.

I really like Zerorez. Drying time is minimal, the company reps are great conversationalists, and the work is top quality.

Rodrigo was very professional and worked more quickly than I had been led to believe by the customer service rep who made the appointment (he told me it would take between 3 and 4 hours - it only took about 2 hours). He did an excellent job cleaning my large sectional, sofa, and loveseat. The furniture was extremely wet, and the sofa and loveseat were damp even the next day. That was the biggest drawback to me with regard to the furniture, so I doubt that I will use zerorez again. Also, I was quoted a certain price (confirmed beforehand by the reminder call the day before), and ended up being charged $30.00 extra for I don't know what. I really didn't pay attention to it until later. Being quoted (I think) $459.00 for three pieces of furniture essentially being cleaned with water, and then paying $30.00 in addition to that, that I didn't expect (if some extra service was added, I certainly wasn't told about it - if it was tax, then I should have been told about that beforehand), was disappointing. I gave extra points for keeping on schedule and for Rodrigo's professionalism, but I would not recommend zerorez to anyone I know.
