Our technician was amazing! Our carpets look great!
Love how clean and fresh my carpet looks. Also, my kitchen granite now shines like a mirror! Staff were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and answered my questions along the way. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I know why my friends will only use Zerorez!

I hated how backed up you were. On the two days before my appointment, your 'window of arrival' wasn't given but you would call at 2:30. No calk until 3. Technician didn't arrive until five!! The original technician that arrived left after 30 minutes to do another job and a supervisor came. Sketchy and weird. Unacceptable.
The pricing also changed. He said my area rug was larger than quoted. I couldn't dispute that because the quote didn't have a size listed even though I was sure we discussed at length the size. The increase on my invoice was done as a 40 qnty of $1. Weird. I was also originally quoted for tile over the phone but wanted a more accurate measurement. The guys gave me a price for similar square footage that was hundreds less because of a package deal? I decided to not do the tile because I felt ripped off that they could discount it.
I also hated all of the potential 'up charges' with scotchguard and heater filters and everything. I just wanted my carpets cleaned. That's it.
The guys themselves were nice enough. The carpet looks average.
I think I might try another company next year. I wasn't wowed like Doug Wright said I would be.
Spend less time trying to sell us on pet urine treatments that we don't need (our cat does not pee on the carpet). Don't dump chemicals in our parking strip that kill the grass.
Overall, our technician was very friendly, worked conscientiously, and did a good job. However, the dead grass is annoying.

It just wasn't what I expected. My carpets dried crunchy, which makes me feel like they are still dirty and it was more expensive then I had been told over the phone. The tech who came was very nice and informed me of issues and things. Over all it was a fine experience, I just think I'll try some one else next time.

Stairs were soaked. This is the first time I have had this problem with your company. Other times carpet including stairs have been quick to dry. I would still recommend

The carpet look and feel clean. I also couch arms cleaned and they did a good job. Operator is very nice and friendly.
I am not happy with my grout cleaning on my stone floors
Truthfully, I wasn't very happy with the end result this time. I've used you before and I was happy. I know my carpet is old, and the traffic areas are never going to look like new, but there were a lot of spots left this time. I've gone back with a squirt bottle of hot water and my suction vacuum and they have come out. I'm not the kind of person to call and complain and make you come out again. And I'm not going to complain or leave negative comments on social media. I think your service is good, I'm just not thrilled this time.
The shampooer was very polite and did a great job. I was happy with everything but the price😬 It cost more to get my area rug cleaned than it did to do a whole room, that seems crazy. It took him 10 minutes. And I felt it was ridiculous to charge us 50$ for chemicals per room, when one was a little bathroom hooked onto the bedroom. I feel 50$ for both would have been plenty.
I loved the service, and the quality, just not the price. I would warn my friends to be prepared to pay ... a lot.

We had a badly stained carpet. Now it looks new. We are amazed. Truly. Great service. Amazing results.
I paid a lot of money for the pet treatment and was left with lots of pee in corners and such. I wouldn't have paid for that treatment had I known it would still be there. I let someone know via text and nothing was done to resolve it. I will use my old company in the future.
30 hours later and my carpet is still damp. This doesn't seem like it should be the case since I was told 4-6 hours to dry. There was also a few water spots on my hardwood throughout my house that were left from the hose I'm guessing so I had to go and mop them all up before they damaged my floors.
We appreciated the communication of the appointment center reps, our technician Ben and the follow up group. Each step in the process was well orchestrated. Ben was exceptional. If there was a score higher than 10 he earned it. He was patient with our questions, concerns and requests. We fully understood all of the services and products we asked for and received. The work was exceptional. We couldnt be more pleased. Zero Rez has earned our future business
Jonah was awesome. So friendly and knowledgeable. He did a great on our carpet and tile! I would highly recommend using Zerorez to my friends and family!
