Technician was very helpful and even got out a spot that I was concerned about.
I called you to clean our carpets. You came out once, and they were mostly clean. But we had you come out for a second visit under your satisfaction guarantee to fix a couple spots. Turns out your guarantee costs an additional $225 to actually clean the carpets. Enjoy your extra $225, and I'll use another company from now on.

Cody did an excellent job. My carpets look new again!! I like the fact that no hevy chemicals are used and that the drying time is relatively short. Cody came yesterday, and when finished asked if I was totally satisfied, which I was. Today we put out furniture back in place. Floors looks great! I have used your services in the past and will use them in the future.
I have used Zerorez before and liked the service, but this time as the carpet dried, I could still see a few spots that weren't cleaned. When the technician left, it looked clean, but a couple of hours later the spots showed up again. Disappointed this time around.
Our technician was so informative and taught us a great deal about carpets and floors, what makes them dirty and how to keep them clean. He kept me involved and updated throughout the entire process. He was passionate about what he was doing and I feel like we got the best cleaning ever!

The guys did a great job, an 8 is an awfully good score. There are a few spots that will need to be redone, but that is to be expected when you have dirty carpet.

It is clean but it has a different feel now , which feels tacky and not smooth like before! I had you already redo it! I have had that carpet cleaned before and it never changed the texture of my carpet! Sorry not a fan

I was very impressed with the products. I was very happy with how clean my carpets were and they smell great. My technician was very professional, explained products well and worked really hard, nonstop for hours to get a result that not only I was happy with but that satisfied him. I have used your service for years. In the past year I have replaced my carpet with tile and area rugs. The cost to have the area rugs cleaned, is over priced. I could have cleaned my family room and 3 beds rooms when they were carpet for the price you charged for 2 8x10 area rugs. Your technician Isias is wonderful, very polite hard working, a lot of why I kept calling back. But, due to the price of cleaning the area rugs, I will check others companies for a more reasonable pricing .
Richard did a great job in the family room & in my office. However, we feel like the trainee (the young man with black hair & a black beard) could have done a much better job pre-spotting the stairs and the hallway, because after the carpet dried, these areas that were the dirtiest because they have the heaviest traffic patterns, didn't look all that much better! Perhaps he needed more training before being assigned the dirtiest areas of carpet in the house. They were both very polite young men, and we did appreciate that.
Our biggest concern is when we printed out the Zerorez invoice, we noticed that we had been charged $40 for the hallway. Richard looked my daughter in the eye before they began cleaning the carpets, and told her that the price for the hallway was included in the price for the 4 rooms! So, why were we then charged as having an XL hallway (something he did not mention at the outset) at $20 x 2, when he had just told us an hour earlier that the hallway was included in the pricing of the rooms? My daughter called your office Friday afternoon (October 13th) not long after they left our home, and was told that you would speak with Richard the technician about this and call her back today. She has not received any calls on her mobile phone Phone number removed, nor have I received any calls on my home phone Phone number removed to follow-up with us, as promised. This has been disappointing and makes us doubt that we would use your services again in the future. Many seniors are living on a fixed retirement income and need to know the exact price of a carpet cleaning job in advance, so they can budget for it. We were really surprised to be quoted one price before the job, and then find additional charges when we received your invoice. That's not good business! Thanks for considering our feedback.
