I like that my carpets do not get so saturated that they take a really, really long time to dry. I always get the protectant put on my carpet. I feel this helps protect against future stains.

I specifically told the person when I scheduled my appt. that I needed to have pet treatment applied. Then they sent someone out here without any. Had to wait like an extra hour for someone to bring them some from the office. I also scheduled a tile cleaning. No one asked me the type of tile I had. Then after they got here to clean they told me they couldn't clean my tile because of the type (terra cotta) why did no one bother to ask when I scheduled. Also the technician broke one of the solar lights on my walkway when putting away the hose. He didnt even bother to tell me, I found it right after he left.
The ZEROREZ service technician assigned to clean carpets and tile in our house was courteous and efficient.
I have used Zerorez for years and have always been happy with it. This time it took 3 days to dry. That was way too long in my opinion. Our tech said it would be 8-9 hours.

Zerorez does a great job getting carpets clean! I was so pleased with the difference that it made. This is my second time to have their services done and I was very pleased again. I feel so much better about having my carpets look new again!

We had some blue stains on our carpeted stairs and our front porch stairs. They were in exactly the same spot on each stair. It may have been from one of the pieces of equipment or the hose. We were able to get them out.

THE TECH WAS AT MY HOUSE FOR ABOUT 40 MINUTES. IT SHOULD HAVE TAKEN LONGER TO DO A GOOD JOB CLEANING 3 ROOMS OF CARPET. MY CARPET SMELLS VERY BAD AFTER THE CLEANING. I E-MAILED TWO DIFFERENT PEOPLE AT ZEROREZ AND HAVE BEEN TOLD TO SEE IF THE SMELL GOES AWAY AFTER THE CARPET DRYS. THE CARPET WAS PRETTY MUCH DRY FRIDAY MORNING (THE CARPET WAS CLEANED THRUSDAY AT 4:30 PM. THE CARPET SHOULD SMELL BETTER AFTER THE CLEANING NOT WORSE. I HAVE USED ZEROREZ IN THE PAST AND HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE BUT I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS TIME.

I had scheduled a late(after 4:00) appointment and they called at 1:30 and stated they would be there in 30 min when I explained that I had scheduled the appointment for after 4:00 so that I could be there they insisted that they would either have to come another day or I could have some one else come to my home. I had my son come to the house. He works nights and I had to wake him to come over. I have used Zerorez for the last 2 or 3 years and I am not sure if I will use them again. The job that was done was not up to the standard they have done before not sure what happen but this time it was a miss with Zerorez for me!!
