I've loved my carpets cleaned by Zerorez, but this time the stayed wet for more than 24 hours. The traffic patterns did not clean up as well as they have in the past. I understand my carpet is a year older, but they still felt dirty.

Fast, no soap and thorough
Fast drying & great results.
Carpets were cleaned without leaving harsh smell. However faulty equipment that had to be repaired over and over caused the job to be much longer than expected. We would have preferred the truck was well stocked with properly working equipment.. The phone call was made for a new part but took several hours to arrive. The techs had to utilize most of the time duct taping the whips for the vent cleaning.
Made the old carpets look (and smell) mew again! Thanks
