I had a large stain that didn’t come out with the cleaning. After the cleaning tech left I grabbed a damp rag with very hot water and lightly worked the stain and it came completely out. I could have saved the cost of the cleaning and just used a rag and hot water.

I just felt for such a small house (1500 sq) $250 is a lot. Because its a townhouse I feel the charges for stairs is pretty outrageous.

I had 4 rooms each about 15X12, a ten foot hallway and two sets of stairs. I personally cleared all the furniture from the rooms so there was no obstructions

I like the way my carpets stay clean because there is no residue to attract dirt. The technician was very attentive to detail although there were some spots that he could not get out.

You offer a great special and then charge extra for every spot you find. You charge for an entire room when you just clean the traffic area in a bedroom. Your $99.00 special turned into a $333.00 bill. Very expensive carpet cleaning.

I signed up on line and had no clue that my quote was going to jump from 260 to 1470. That was a shock. It should have been mentioned that they were going to bring a black light to search for the unseen because the equipment wasn't good enough to do a good cleaning and they needed to find hidden spots to add a special spot cleaner. I only needed the carpets cleaned. If I thought you didn't have the right equipment to clean my carpets I would have used the company I usually do. My husband heard about your company and said we should try you. I am sorry but I am not a happy customer.

Did not get a stain out. You have always been able too. That is something you guys could do that know one else does. I also think you charge ways to much for the stairs and furniture. Stairs should be no more than 40.00. I was very surprised by the 60 dollars price.
I have always been a do it your self guy. I have clean my stairs many times. It is not that hard.
Four rooms for 99 is not that great of a deal if we are paying a lot for any extras we want done.
