Angelo was our technician and he did an amazing job for us. He was on time and professional and did a very thorough job. He took extra time to make sure he protected our walls and wood work and did a great job cleaning some tough areas.

I would recommend ZEROREZ to anyone. This is the second time we have used them and they have been outstanding.

Cleaner was nice and friendly. But after he was done I noticed carpet was still dirty in places. I used a white cloth and swiped it on carpet and showed him how much dirt was still left in carpet. He cleaned that area but I still got some up in other areas when he was gone. I also didn't like the fact that he didn't have an attachment that would get into smaller areas.

This is just for traffic areas. I'm in a highrise and he told me that they couldnt get other equipment up into bldg. However, I have had cleaners that did and had other attachments with them.

I probably won't have your company back or recommend you to others in the building.

Representative was very knowledgeable and thorough. Although there was an issue with the cleaning, Zerorez was quick to remedy the concern.

The young man who came to clean our carpets and tile was exceptional. He looked professional, worked hard, cleaned up after himself, and took particular care not to damage anything. Also, he was cheerful and easy to talk to. When he finished, he had us look at the tile and the carpets to see if we were pleased with his work--and we were!

Tech was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Even got my appointment the same day within a few hours!

You did a great job cleaning the carpets in my whole house. I was able to get an appointment within a couple days of my calling. The service tech arrived in a timely manner, and was finished when he said he would be.

The technician was fast and did a good job.

The technician took his time and asked about areas that needed extra attention. My carpets looked and smelled clean and were try within about 6 hours.

We had our carpets cleaned and one week after, we my mother-in-laws dog, who had an accident on the carpet. So we borrowed my mothers carpet cleaner to clean the area, and pulled up lots of dark water. After discovering so much dark water in that spot, we hit the high traffic areas that we were told would not come out, and we did get them out with just Costco carpet cleaner solution and a house hold carpet cleaner.

We also decided to hit some spots that rarely ever have anybody walk over it and we had quite dark water pulling up. The professional cleaning service not only did not clean the areas that are high traffic, but didn’t even clean out the areas that have almost no walking on them at all. Very upset that we spent close to $300 for services that made my carpet no cleaner then they were before.

This service was great. The attendant was was professional, and did a great job. The price was reasonable for the work performed. I decided to give zerorez an other chance because of the price on the tile cleaning and I was very pleased with the out come.
My rating comes with some hesitation because I had Zerorez clean carpets a few years ago and I was very unhappy with the attitude of the attendant and the job that was done. not only was he rude, he told me the stain he did not get out was not a stain but a "shadow". The next time I had another company clean my carpets and the "shadow" came out beautifully.

I have used zero rez for years. I recommend them every chance I get.

The person who came was terrific--very clean and cheerful. Our area rugs were cleaned beautifully and we are very happy with them. The tile ended up being just like it was before we had it cleaned. I thought that the grout would turn out light like it was when it was installed. But that didn't happen. When I need carpets cleaned in the future, I will call Zerorez. I will just keep cleaning the tile weekly like I already do--with a clean, damp cloth on my hands and knees.

The quote on my tile wasn't accurate. I have had Zero Rez clean my tile and carpets many times in the past. When the technician showed up, he explained that a room for tile was considered 100 feet, not 200 as it is with carpet. I had already taken time off work, moved everything off the tile and worked like so hard to get ready for the cleaning. He called his supervisor, but no concession was made. I was pretty much stuck! I ended up having less tile cleaned to try and keep closer to the quoted price. The advertising of $33 per room is misleading!!

We had a little "emergency" accident with our dog during the weekday. I called Zerorez that morning and they came out that same afternoon to clean up the mess for us that was too big to handle on our own. They pre-treated, cleaned, and deodorized our carpet in a little over an hour. They're awesome!

Just purchased an existing home. Home is only two years old. Wanted to make sure carpets were clean before we moved in. They were "dingy" looking. After cleaning, carpets look amazing. Color is "brighter". Zerorez is the best!!

I have used other companies before but zerorez cleaned them so well they feel like new again.
