We got 3 rugs cleaned for over $400. The rugs looked almost the same when they got done. They said that traffic areas just don’t get clean sometimes. We called another company to come out. They cleaned all 3 rugs for $160. And the rugs looked like new when they were done. We called customer support to see about a refund and the person told us they didn’t offer refunds, but the cleaning was garaunteed, and we should have called them to come clean again. Well the tech made it sound like they had done as much as they could when they were here and this was just how it was going to be. We were offered a discount on our carpets, but were not really interested in having to get those done twice. I have pictures of the night and day difference if you are interested.

Technicians are professional, punctual, polite and friendly, and they do a good job. Sometimes there is residue left on the wooded ends of my stairs, which is why I don't give it a perfect 10.
