I don’t see a difference in my carpets. The spots I was hoping would come up with the cleaning are still there. I’ll be hiring another company to do the job next time.
I am happy with the results of having my carpets cleaned by Zerorez. The employer was pleasant, polite, respectful of my belongings, and answered my questions, I wish I had done this sooner.

our rugs are always softer and cleaner when we have you clean them...we have tried different companies with the same offers you give but we always regret it and come back
Your prices are almost double compared to 3 key companies that do a great job also. Last cleaning didn't even get the pet odor out and I paid for 2 pet treatments and didn't even use a total of 30 square feet combined

Encourage the home owner to not put fans on the carpet. This caused the carpet in one room to “bubble”. Fortunately the carpet is fine after turning off the ceiling fan.
As far as I can tell (after only 5 days) the carpets look fine. The representative (service man) was friendly, and very cooperative.
