In our high traffic area there were several spots. Upon first observance, they seemed to be gone. However, as soon as the carpet had dried completely, I was sad to see that most of the spots remained. It barely looks like my carpet was cleaned in that area.

The "clean 3 rooms get the 4th room free" gimmick is annoying. if I only clean 3 rooms, I won't reach the $150 minimum. It makes you seem sneaky. I was happy with the results of my cleaning, but this marketing method makes me feel a little negative toward your company.
First time ZeroRez user. I was interested in your powered water without soap and the possibility of soap residues. It’s looking good now. Just waiting to see how it’ll look in a few months.

The product used nicely cleaned are carpets. The staff member who did the cleaning was very polite and helpful. He did a nice job and offered to have he or someone from the company to comeback if we found any problems.

The technicians care about their work. We can request the technician we have had success with. Our carpets feel and look clean.
We felt that we got jerked around. They took our area rug to their shop to clean. I kept getting different times they were going to bring it back. Finally I got no calls and my rug didn't get dropped off when they said they would. Very frustrating! I finally called them and they told me they called me several times, I asked what number they called (I never received any calls), they said some weird phone number. I told them that wasn't mine. After telling her my phone number again, she asked me if my name was Mike (I'm a woman). I said no, and she asked for my number again. I told her and she then got the right account. She told me I would have to wait a couple of days more to get my rug back...Hopefully I get it tomorrow, but I'm not holding my breathe.
