TECHNICIANS WERE ON TIME AND DID A VERY GOOD JOB CLEANING MY CARPETS

I felt one area could have been cleaned a little better. I had pointed it out but I think he must have missed it because the spot was still there. Other than that I was happy with the way the carpets looked.

I felt that the cost was too high in comparison to others that I hsve had clean my carpet.

I did feel that Mike provided great professional service and had the answers to all of my questions and then provided some great suggestions. I would call Zerorez again if I could get Mike as my technician. It did take almost 24h for my carpets to completely dry though. Could it have been the 10 degree weather??

I have only used the carpet cleaning service and I like knowing that my carpets are clean with no soap film left behind to collect dirt. I also like the efficiency of the technicians.

I liked that my floors did not feel extremely damp.

I am very allergic to chemicals and the cleaning did not bother me. It dried in the time he gave us and he was very accomodating to work with.

We are so impressed with how beautiful the carpets look after Isaias cleaned them! We loved that we were offered a demonstration on the vent cleaning and grout cleaning that Zerorez offers. We are looking forward to having those services done in our home also!

The carpet seems much cleaner after ZeroRez than when other companies have cleaned it. An oil stain under one of our chairs was taken out completely. The technician was polite, efficient, and informative.

The cleaning was excellent but I feel it was expensive. A couple of the bedrooms were quite small with queen-sized beds and so there was very little floor space but I was still charged the full price for up to 200 square feet.

There are still some pen marks that showed up after it dried

First I don't think that we received the protection on the one area that was addvertised. Also your truck left a oil spill on my driveway.

The outcomes are beyond my expectations. Jerry who cleaned our carpets is professional, hard working, friendly, informative, helpful, and shows great integrity.

Zerorez has a great product, and I have always been impressed by the friendly and professional staff.

I thought that the service was good, and my carpets look very good, but I feel like it was a bit pricey. I was quoted alot lower than what it ended up being, because my 'areas were bigger that usual.' That is something that maybe should have been told to me on the phone. The price was $100 more than what I was quoted, so I had to skip the cleaning in one of the bigger rooms. The price still ended up being $30 more than the original quote, because one of the rooms was larger than average.

You came out quickly in an emergency to help us remove water from a flooded office. Isaias was courteous and helpful, and even left his big fan to help dry things out faster! Great experience!

I had some spots on my sofa that I wanted to get out-- and they did not. I am not sure if the tech did all that he could to try to make the spots come out. I paid $100 and my sofa doesn't look much different.
