Service was great, the one exception was the protection spray was very minimal.
I had someone come and they did not do a good job. I called back immediately after they left and the operator said she would send someone in the morning to take care of the problem. David came and made my couch and floors look great. Zerorez backs their claim of 100% guaranteed. I am a fan.
No chemicals and professional people.
The job was wonderful at first then i noticed it took so long to dry it is still a little wet and there are spots that were not cleaned i had places where there was still stuff in the carpet. I had some maca cheese in the carpet and he didn't even try to get it out i know he told me he would put the first stuff on and then come back with cleaner but i thought he would come back through again.
First time we have used Zerorez for carpet cleaning. I am really impressed with how clean the carpets were. I liked the results so much, that I have inquired about a franchise.
There was no residue in the carpet & no perfumy smell - plus it was CLEAN!
I like that the carpet isn't sticky and chemical-feeling. And it is clean!
Your Employees are knowledgeable, go right to work, completely professional in every way. I am so pleased with your company I have recommended them to about a dozen folks, including my absolutely 'the pickest woman in the world' sister who in turn has recommended your company to many others as well. I gave the gift of a complete carpet cleaning to my granddaughter as a housewarming gift. She says it was the best gift she got.

Way too expensive! They didn't open the vents when they put them back in after cleaning, so I had to get a ladder and open all of them afterward. It took forever.
It was good value for the money, the technician was awsome (Great job Eddie!!!), He was in and out quickly and our carpets, while not new, look 10,000% better. He even worked extra hard to get out a leather dye stain that had been there for over a year!
Every one I talked to seemed very short and annoyed when i asked any Questions, and the tech kept reminding me not to call in for a re-service so he wouldn't have to work for free.
But as far and the end results they look great and i loved how fast it dried

They deffinetly look better than they have In 18 years! You even somehow managed to almost completely extract the purple marker smiley face out of my living room carpet. It was amazing! I have already spread my good word of mouth to everyone that I know and will not be shopping there! Excellent job my fellow American carpet cleaners! I will not ever have another carpet cleaning co. In my house ever again. I am now a loyal customer and will not cheat in you! Carry on! :)
