I had my carpets cleaned One 3 rooms and a hall for over $350. This was less than a month ago.
And I have shampooed my own carpets twice since then and the water was so black and muddy I couldn’t believe what I was seeing.
We don’t wear our shoes in the house and there is no way they cleaned my carpets good.
Completely disappointing! Not to mention it took them all of 15 minutes to do it all.
350 and I should have bought my own stuff to do it the right way.

workers arrived timely, worked efficiently, and appeared to complete a thorough job. All rooms except one were completely clear of furniture. One room had a sofa sleeper and treadmill. They cleaned around these two pieces without moving them leaving a couple of stained spots. Moving them would not have been that difficult...I would have done it for them.

The tech was on time and was very professional. He described exactly what to expect from the cleaning. The upholstery on the loveseat and sofa looks fabulous. Even the arms where preparation darkens the fabric came clean! I am very pleased with the results. I have always use the spray extraction method and found Zerorez to be superior.
