Our carpet was very soiled with dog urine and I wish the technician would have been able to tell us that he could not save it before we spent $400 to clean it and still have to replace the carpet.

I feel like you all have false advertising. You all quoted me $133 and ended up telling me how the $133 would just make it worse and it would be better to do nothing... (because that product sucks I guess) he then ended up charging me $488.. wouldn’t recommend to anyone. 2 brothers carpet cleaners is much cheaper and I feel like the same quality
Your technician came last Friday. My carpets already looked good except for my master bedroom bathroom. It was left looking dirty still after your cleaning was done. I am unhappy with the results. Name removed at 120 No. Palisade Dr. in Orem.

Zerorez always does a fantastic job. I do think you are a bit expensive on some treatments, wondering if you really need to charge $75.00 per pet treatment area? I could see a flat rate, but per spot is can really add up.
I encourage you to look at your cost structure and see if it is that necessary to charge such an add-on fee for this. I bet you could just kick up your flat rate for the visit by $25.00 and decrease this cost to make it more attractive to people with pets.
Maybe a "got a new puppy" promotion where this is done at 1/2 the cost. More and more people have pets and the pee spots are part of the deal. If you could really come down on that cost, you could gain more market while increasing your revenue.

And you won't get that crunchy dryness that other methods leave when your carpets are dry. Their technicians know what they're doing and how to do it well. Even after vacuuming our carpets before they arrive, their special equipment gets the hidden pet hair and dirt. After Zerorez leaves, you know your carpets are as clean as they can get and next to new.
