The technician that came to clean our carpet was a disappointment. When I walked in the house he did not Where wear his shoe covers until he was actually cleaning the floor. Every other service person puts their shoe covers on first. His appearance was scruffy. I have a feeling he was new and didn’t really have the superior water image.

Before Ben shows up to clean our carpet, we were not optimistic at all. We didn't think anyone can clean our carpet, based on our previous experiences. Ben was very polite, professional, and very effective, and tried his best to take all spots out of the carpet. We are super satisfied with the result. I definitely recommend Zerorez to everyone, specially Ben.

The technician was fine - he did a good job. I have had you come many times and have had all the same rooms cleaned each time. For some reason this technician said that the very same rooms I've had cleaned for years needed to be billed as 2 rooms each. I have your master protection on the carpet and have never had anyone try to charge me for 2 rooms for my family room and master bedroom each. That is twice what I would normally pay. I told him and he said he would do the master bedroom as one room but not the family room. It felt a little odd to me since I've had your company out many, many times and had to pay more for the same service. I was disappointed.

We really enjoyed our man on the scene. He was very helpful removing stains etc. The only suggestion I have is that at the end of his sweep against a wall or other end point the carpet was often left very wet.
