Good service at a good price

The guy who came to do it. And the science behind it. I'm not a big science guy, but I understand ph. And it looks and feels great.

I have a white labrador and a cream family room carpet. Needless to say, the carpet gets dirty! But now it looks fabulous! After the Zerorez cleaner told me he was finished, I kindly told him I could see darker areas where the dirt was, so he cleaned the room again. And, Wow! that made a difference! I also had him clean two long rugs made from the same carpet, but they went without the second clean and they are yellowish compared to the clean, cream colored carpet in the room. I will definitely have Zerorez clean my carpet again!

Clean, quick and effective

Richard was nice, friendly and did a great job.

While the carpets didn't turn out quite as well as I had hoped (they were a little crunchy when they dried) I was ecstatic with the results of the upholstery cleaning that was done. My technician, Eric, made the recliner I inherited from my dad look almost new again.

We started using zerorez years ago when we lived in Salt Lake. We now live in Utah
County but the house we currently live in has all wood floors so this is the first time we had to have area rugs cleaned. Had to take them outside to have them cleaned but the young man did a great job.
