Very disappointed in the results. The two gentlemen who did the work were very friendly and professional. But when they left there was very little improvement in the appearance of my carpets. Definitely not worth $300. I have rented carpet cleaning machines that did a much better job for a third the price.

STOP the up sell tactics. The guys sent out were too aggressive with trying to squeeze more out of our job than necessary. He said "would you work for free?" Really??? He came up after closing every blind in my house and said "we need to treat few pet stains in your carpet" I was on a phone call and waved him on with a thumbs up. Then I thought "I better ask him how much are you charging for pet stains when I had pet stains treated few carpet cleanings back. He said "$700" and "that a deal" Seriously? Again he asks "I am working for free here" I about threw him out of my house. I spent the morning moving furniture and said "just clean what your here to clean" Unbelievable!! Too much up sell and bad attitude. You lost my business!!!!

Customer service was excellent, had a couple questions and they were very responsive.
