Scheduling was super easy via text message and all my questions were quickly answered. The technician was very professional. She called prior to arrival and let me know her status. She explained the process and quickly got to work. She made sure that I was satisfied before she left and answered all my questions.

We asked for the carpet cleaning service and the people we talked with on the phone were very nice and accomodating and gave us a good quick date to get it done. On the date that we had our service the two cleaners that came to the house were very nice and showed up on time and did a great job! They cleaned everywhere that we asked and cleaned very well. We would recommend this zerorez service to anyone that needs their carpets cleaned.
Excellent service and friendly technicians. Fair and honest services. Slightest issue, they will fix it Dries in about 6 hours ( had the heat on because it’s winter).

Couch still smells and still stains
Spots that were not removed by your service were easily removed by my small carpet cleaner. This makes me feel like the cleaning wasn’t thorough and makes me question how clean the carpets actually were. I’ve already talked with someone about this
