Landon service guy was very informative and did a great job
Fresh clean and friendly.
He did a very poor job. High traffic areas are difficult I know, but he left them spotty (like he didn't scrub with consistent pressure) and minimal improvement.
We were happy with the technician who did the cleaning. He was very happy and engaging and seemed to enjoy his work. He did a good job as well.

Several areas missed; stairs took ten hours with a fan and a heater to dry. Large areas which had previously been spot cleaned with a home machine still showed the previously cleaned areas cleaner than what Zerorez did.
Had a prompt appointment. The tecnican was very nice.
I did not realize that to use special liquid to remove dog pee, it would cost more per room.

We have used Zerorez exclusively 3-4 times a year for about 3.5 years. There is damage to the bannister, bannister posts and wall corners. Then there is missed areas throughout the upstairs.
