I didn’t love that I was asked to confirm my appointment through text, and then I got a phone call, asking for me to call you back to also verify my appointment. A lot of people don’t have time to call back, and the text verification is much faster, so if you need to re-verify the day before, please send another text.
The technician was very detailed, answered all of our questions, and the carpets look great!

I have had zerorez come one or two times in the past and was happy with that visit - had multiple rooms, stairs, etc. done. This time, I scheduled with a specific room and stain that I wanted cleaned, and he did a great job explaining my options for the stain and possible outcomes. I knew that it was most likely not coming out with extraction, but it was worth a shot. What I wasn’t expecting was it to make the stain far worse and spread out across way more real estate than before. I feel disappointed that my carpet in that area actually looks worse the pre-cleaning.

Originally, we had some serious streaking in our carpet and we really didn’t like the outcome of the first clean. But after texting with the manager and then coming to do a re-clean, everything looks a lot better.
