Not push pet treatment when there were no pets in the house

The cleaner was very sweet and polite. I was not told they would not clean an area if the item has a chair or a lamp. I feel this was done very cheaply but was financially expensive. I am disappointed in their work. We had to steam clean our own carpet after their services for ourselves for over an hour in time for our guests to arrive in our spare room.

Phillip did a fantastic job! He cleaned the carpet at my sister's apartment which was not pleasant. My sister has some mental illness and is very particular about things. I talked with her today and she said she couldn't have had any better technician. He was very careful with her things and treated her kindly. Thank you Phillip!!!!!!!

Like the name says, Zero soaps, detergents, or chemicals. Just soft clean carpet afterwards and zero odors with minimal drying time! My carpet is only three years old, but it looks renewed and feels great!
Make sure your pricing for service is not deceptive if you have a minimum amount that you will do service for then state that up front instead of saying there is a sale for so much a room and then if that doesn't match your minimum, adding it on at the end as a fee or something. Just don't offer a sale below what your minimum requirement is. The service we got was good as the carpet looks much better. It was done in a timely manner and things were explained to us. I just didn't like the adding on the fee at the end when I was expecting it to be lower.
