I was told that it was 64.00 for each special service I had cat throw up stains. And I had 4 of those spots. I was charged 430.00 dollars it should have only been 64x4= 256.00. I asked about the special zero rez had going on he said that it was 119.00 for three rooms, I had only 2 rooms. So even if you added the 119 plus 256 that comes to 375. I was cheated and taken advantage of. I won't give a recommendation for your company to anyone. Ethan did a great job of getting out the stains. But I want a refund on the money you guys over charged me.

The workers did a good job, but over $800 is way too expensive. I should have realized when I signed it. I won’t use Your service again. Very disappointed for the fact that protective was the biggest expense.

I called Zerorez to do some more work on my stairs since large brown areas were showing on a beige carpet cleaned a couple of days earlier. The young man that came back said it was wicking and that after a deep cleaning, dirt from deep in the carpet came to the surface as the carpet dried. He sprayed some product on the stairs that lightly wet them and went over them with a clean cloth and it took up the stains and it looks great. Sorry I didn't get the technicians name, but he was quick and did a great job explaining what had happened.

Called to see if they could come earlier than scheduled appoint. Technician pleasant, very considerate of my floors putting on shoe covers so no additional dirt tracked into home. Very fast and willing to spend more time on a high-traffic area.
I like that you have a good product and service and good technicians like Maddie who cleaned our stairs on Jan 20, 2026. Zerorez stands behind their product and service and if there is a problem, they will return to make it right. It's 10 stars for Maddie and Zerorex.

The work that was done was great, but I feel every carpet cleaning company with the right equipment will do a great job. The reason I contacted zero Rez was your ads and promotions showing $44 per room. I only needed two small rooms cleaned with a couple spot treatments. By the time you left it was closer to $200. The add-ons and all the extra fees that add up becomes frustrating to a customer when a $44 room cleaning is dangled in front of them.
