It was fast to have the process done in my home and the end results are great!
No REZ. You do a good job of getting out stains.
The service was great, but the tech dumped all the water and chemical on the driveway, leaving a stain on the driveway and killing a couple shrubs in a garden next to the driveway. My suggestion would be to dump the wastewater somewhere other than people's driveways. Thank you.

How clean my carpets get and that they stay clean. In the past, with other carpet cleaners, the spot would reappear in two weeks.

My family room smells worse now then before my carpets were cleaned. It's been a couple of weeks and I was hoping it would go away after a while but it's not and every time I walk into my family room it smells weird. I have to burn wax all the time in order for the room to smell good. I would like to walk into the room and have it smell good and clean, not feel like I just wasted my money.

I can't believe you would charge me $159 to clean my carpets and then want to charge me more to get out a grape juice stain. Your quoted price should include stubborn stains. Needless to say I am not all that impressed with the cleaning job on my carpets.

I have never been so impressed by the service and the great job they did on my carpet. I usually pay alot more to have them cleaned, but I payed half of what i usually do and my carpets have never been so clean. And they dried alot quicker! which is awesome!

The service explained how it works and how you guys do things differently I love how its safe for my little dog and 16 month child, charles was very friendly and answered all my questions and he knew what he was talking about. No chemicals were used. This is great because of a person who is sensitive to them and also prone to allergies. I was amazed that heavy traffic areas and spots could be removed by this process.
Our carpets look great. The young man who cleaned our carpet was courteous, answered my questions, and did a great job cleaning the carpet.
Having two experiences to compare to one another, with the second being somewhat better than the first, I still feel that Zerorez exagerates it's actual capability. I was also surprised to hear that each technician is a little different in the way they clean. For example, some pre-treat the entire area as standard practice, and some don't. I would have thought that a cleaning company would have policies that remained constant, no matter the technician. The other thing that was very unprofessional was the office. I was called the day of to see if I could move my appt. up by a few hours. I was able to move up some, but not as much as was asked. The secretary said she would get back to me with my new appt. time. I never heard from her and assumed that I was to keep my original appt. time. The technicians showed up at the earlier time frame and said that they hadn't been contacted as to my unavailability by the secretary. I again told them when the earliest time would be, and they called the office back as they left. I again did not get any kind of communication from the office and the technicians showed up again a little while later saying that they had talked with her and she told them she would contact us, which never happened. The only compliment I can give is to say that all the technicians were friendly and courteous, and that it was easy to set up appts. After having such glowing reviews, I expected MUCH better...very disappointed.

I can't believe my carpet actually came clean. It is really old and was so disgusting, but I thought I would try zerorez to see if it might help the carpet last a bit longer. I was shocked! We have had professional cleaning companies come and try before with very little success. There is always a soapy smell, where with zerorez there wasn't any smell, just clean! I couldn't be happier with the job! I loved the fact no harsh chemicals were used and no residue was left.
We needed several fans for the first 12-18 hrs. It would have been nice to have several to help with the drying time. Other then that. We will be back. We are very happy with the results of our carpet cleaning.
I have been working with zerorez to fix an issue with my cleaning. I was told that a tech was coming to evaluate the situation to see if I would be getting a partial refund on my service. It was been a few weeks and I haven't heard from anyone at zerorez.
I was told that I would get a phone call 30 minutes before you arrived and while you did arrive during the time window scheduled, I did not get a phone call. We were mostly ready, but I have two small children (ages 1 and 3), and I was counting on that phone call as a warning to do the last minute clean up and moving the last few things I needed off the carpet. Instead I was scrambling to do what I needed because I didn't get that warning. I was also disappointed in the drying time. When I called to make my appointment, the woman I talked to said the carpet would be dry in 4-6 hours. The technician told me 2-8 hours. Well, it took over 24 hours for my carpet to be dry enough to move the furniture back. With the time slot they came to clean, that means my living room furniture was in my kitchen for 2 whole days! That was inconvenient to say the least. It has been almost 2 full days since my cleaning and there are still wet spots that I've had to arrange my furniture around because I couldn't stand it in the kitchen anymore! I'm not usually one to complain, but I had high expectations for your service and was disappointed. The carpets look fine and the job got done, but your customer service really failed.
