Shorter time window for appointment and show up within that window.
Technician's were very friendly and did a great job. I do have a carpet runner that had some oil stains that did not clean up. In the future I will spot clean those before I have someone come out and then hopefully they will come clean. Other than that the floors look great and were dry with in about 3 hours.
Good service and my carpet gets very clean and stays that way longer than with other methods.
There are no strong chemicals, it's safer for my family.

I called to reschedule an airduct to be cleaned because the vent was put back completely filthy, so I assumed it was just over-looked and not cleaned, but when Zerorez got here, they said it had been cleaned. Just surprised me with how much you charge per airduct, they can't wipe down the dusty vents? And also, I ordered the furnace filters on Oct. 3rd, was told they would be here within 10 day, today is the 19th and still no filter.
That you don't use harsh chemicals and it dried by next morning.

The carpet appears clean, but, more importantly, the dirt doesn't seem to come back in traffic areas as it so often does with other products.
My carpet stays cleaner much longer. When I have used other services, it is not long before I start seeing traffic lines and dirt adheres in those areas. My carpet just looks much better!

Damaged travertine floors, and left footprints on our wood floors. The company is trying to make it right.
"golf clothing". It's been about 16 days since i mailed you my clothing order, and I go out to the mailbox each late afternoon, hoping "today" will be the day that my clothes will finally come, but still nothing has shown up. Our elderly mother is passing away at home, and being permanently disabled, myself, I can't really leave her alone for circa three hours to come down here on the bus to use their internet at the genealogical library to see what happened to my clothing order. Could you kindly "snail-mail' me and let me know what happened? Guy, our postman of 13 years, says he honestly hasn't seen anything come from you, and I literally gave away all of my good clothes to Salvation Army, etc., thinking I would immediately have your excellent clothing to wear.

It is clean and I don't feel the soapy film on my bare feet. The gentleman who did out home could not of been better. I would recommend him to anyone.
Our technicial was excellent and stood by the price quoted on the phone. Our carpets look new again and we are thrilled with the results.

Quick response to call - hard / fast worker - super clean carpet!
The carpet always looks great, stains are gone and doesn't feel stiff when it dries. Also you don't leave it soaking wet and it quickly dries out.
We did not ask for pillows to be cleaned and they did the anyway. Never noticed until bill. Other than that they cleaners were very friendly and professional.
When I set up the appointment I made it very clear that I had to be to work by 11am and the person making the appointment assured me that I would be first on the schedule for that day, so I could expect the cleaners to arrive closer to the 8am hour and they would call me when they were on their way. Well it didn't happen this way. By 9:30am I still hadn't heard from anyone, so I called the company and spoke to a woman who looked up my info and said that she could see in the notes that I had a time constraint and had to be to work by 11am and she wasn't sure why the cleaners were not already there. She called them and found out that they had truck problems and that's why they were late. I asked her that if they were running late, why wouldn't they have given me a call to let me know what their time frame was? She didn't have an explanation for this, but told me that she would give me a free stain protection in one of my areas to make up for this inconvenience. I was happy she was willing to make up for the problem, but still annoyed that the cleaners weren't there as promised. They showed up 25 minutes later and said that they had no idea that I had a time constraint, that they hadn't been informed of it from when I scheduled my appointment. So when they got there it was nearly 10am and they had to hurry in order to be done in time. I sort of feel like the job was rushed and could've been a little better. They were very apologetic and I tired to be understanding, but I felt that it was very unprofessional to be running that late, and not attempt to call the client to let them know what was going on. I probably would've rescheduled had I known.
This is my only issue with zeroez. If you are going to bother taking "notes" about what the clients time issues are and then not tell anyone about it, what's the point of making those "notes?"
The carpets look brand new. I love them!
The tech that was sent out a second time to clean specific spots on the carpet attempted to remove a cord stain left from the first time the carpets were clean. He stated that it looked as if the first tech's hose was too hot and burned the carpet. He attempted to clean the stain but it now looks worse then it did before. He stated that if the stain didn't fade after it dried then a carpet specialist would need to come out to remove it. Well, its still there and very noticeable. Sure hope that maybe a third times a charm. Hope to hear from you soon.
The man that cleaned our carpets was very cordial, informed me of options but did not pressure, worked efficiently. Carpets dry much faster than other carpet cleaners. Carpets looked new again when he was finished
