Gets my carpet cleaner than anyone. Great investment for my home
The service tech was very pleasant and polite. He worked quickly and efficiently. My carpets looked beautiful when he finished and I loved that they checked for pet stains. I would absolutely recommend Zerorez to all of my family and friends!

I like that they didn't use soaps that are left on the carpet. They also. Heckled really well with a secoal light for pet spots. I have cats and don't want people who. Ome into my he to be able to smell them upon entering.
The spots are gone! I have tried many different carpet cleaning services and the spots always come back. I'm way impressed.
Improve price of pet clean up.
It's the best carpet cleaning I've ever had done. It dried quickly and the carpet really looked and smelled clean. The technician was awesome. He answered questions and was very professional.
The steam cleaning over water cleaning. It's faster and more effective.
I like the process that's used to clean leaving no soap and minimum dampness. Also, the suggestions by your technicians of how to maintain and extend the life of our carpet are appreciated.

It was easy to make an appointment. The technician arrived on time, was friendly, and careful to survey the areas of carpet before proceeding. He was not in any hurry, but did a very thorough and professional job. It was a great job, a great value. The Zerorez cleaning technology is unique, and it really works!

How quickly the carpet dried and how clean it looked and felt.
I had Zerorez before and loved the cleaning and service. Was very disappointed this time. I had spots that weren't there before but are there now. Its been almost a month and have horrible "darken" areas.If I had this service before I probably wouldn't recomend or call back. Plus I got soaked for $100 more for the same service I had last time.
The technitican was awesome. He was very curtious and seemed genuinely concerned about making sure our floor was clean for our new baby to lay on!
It dosen't leave my carpet full of shampoo. Also David walked me through the whole process of pet problems with my carpet. He was very nice and did a great job.
I had a large family room, a small hall and my upstairs living room to be cleaned. Included in the hall was a 3x6 entry. When I asked the technician about doing the entry way, he said it would be an additional $25 because it was over the room size limit. After he left, I measured the rooms. It wouldn't have been over the limit, but even more importantly, I would have felt much better if he would have just said "sure, it's a small area, I'll clean it too." It would have taken less than a couple more minutes and would have guaranteed my loyalty. You can't buy that kind of good advertising.
I was disappointed at the unclear on-line pricing regarding extra large hallways. It needs to be more specific giving measurements and dimensions.
It would be nice if you had a machine that would get stains out of the carpet. He worked them and worked them but they didn't come out.
Professionalism, courteousness of employees, a sincere desire to please and do whatever it takes to satisfy customer. I was thrilled with the service and will be back again!

Our main room carpet was matted down and looking rather gray. I'm so happy with how clean it is now. I thought I was going to have to replace the carpet but it looks great. Isaias was so friendly and did a wonderful job.

I set up my appointment for the 28th of December, ZR had me on their books for the 29th, I did not get a call to verify my 3 hour window. (I called to confirm, after they did not show on the day that I expected.)
The cleaner informed me that it was impossible to get out the dirt around the perimeter of my living room and suggested that I needed to get my carpets cleaned 2-3 more times to improve the look of the carpet. I realize that my carpets are not new and will never be "as good as new" but with the hype of your ad I did expect better.
I also was disappointed by the 3 day 2 night promo. I have to pay upwards of 50 dollars to receive the hotel package and I do not get to pick the hotel I would be staying in. I probably won't use it, (although the vacation was one of the selling points that lured me in before the New year.) Over all I think your service was adequate, but not outstanding. ....sorry.....
Carpet stays clean
Disappointed that they wanted to charge us for two rooms in the living room. Didn't give us any cleaner and the carpets were wet for an extremely long time. We also had to move our own furniture. None of these things have happened with your competitors. We will probably go with them in the future.
The technician was amazing and the carpets and chairs look great!
