The technician did a fabulous job, very professional and friendly. He was very careful to explain everything to me and we are very happy with the carpets. When we had a concern about a spot after he was done, he came back and did an extra good job on that spot and even put a special disinfectant on the whole landing. He was soooo good and kind. I will be very happy to recommend him and the zerorez company to my friends. Thanks!
First of all the person that came was very personable, and made us feel very confident in
useing your company. he did a very good job in cleaning the areas to be done. the carpet now looks new and the colors are so bright. We think the job done was very professional.

We had streaks in the carpet after the first cleaning. Your service team and supervisors have been back twice. The streaks are 90% gone now and we are satisfied with the results.

You didn't disappoint me in much. The only thing would be that the carpets took 24 hours to dry. By feel and the wet smell, I guess the technician should have spent more time extracting the water from the carpets. The furniture cleaned that day looks much brighter and crisp and dried in five or six hours compared to the carpets.
We just moved into a new home, and the previous owners did not take care of the carpet very well. Zerorez did a great job of cleaning them as best they could. The carpet looks brand new in places, and gave me recommendations on how to keep the carpet in the best condition possible. I like for the most part it was dry 12 hours later.
The carpet in our hallway were still wet after 24 hours and had a noticable sticky residue.
The service men who performed the work were polite and efficient. They also suggested other items to be cleaned.
I can't believe how great the carpets look! I didn't think there was any hope for it. My carpet has a spark of life again.

The one thing that did upset me was the fact I was quoted two weeks to clean them istead it took five weeks. Addition help in that department may be of help to all of your customers.

My carpet has never looked better, with the protectant it should look good longer, and the technicians were wonderful.
The technician sent out was quick and knowledgeable. He scratched some of our woodwork, however, so that is why I am giving it an eight instead of a nine.

Our stairs show a white residue and every brushstroke of the machine shows up, and every footstep we have taken since the floor dried. I am grateful we had him do the basement area first, because I would hate to have my upstairs look like the stairs and downstairs carpets look. We didn't walk on those carpets for several more hours than he recommended (He said they would dry in 4 hours--we didn't walk on them for at least six maybe seven hours.)We think we would like someone to come and see what needs to be done to make the stairs and the carpets look normal--not the technician that did them, please!
