Zerorez did a great job getting all of our grout, tile and carpet clean!
Your add says your tile/grout will be amazingly clean and bright, or something seller like that. YOUR manager said “WE DONT GUARANTEE PREEXISTING STAINS”. Hmm, why clean something, and pay a lot, if it’s not dirty/stained?

I like the scent of the product & the process, our technicians have always been very good
Technician said it would take 4-8 hours to dry. It took over 24 hours including us getting fans on it. Carpet was very wet, and the result was that of extremely wet dog! It did not smell before zero rez, but not completely suctioned properly it seemed to smear stinky water throughout the entire carpet. Odor still persists even after it dried.
This failure needs to be corrected.

However, I will recommend to you that you advise the size of the rooms you include in your offers. Some people have rooms larger than 200 sq ft.
Your staff is always nice and professional. The products used do a great job on the pet stains we had. The carpets always look great and smell clean.
Myke kept me informed. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the product he used to clean the carpets. The team cleaned up after themselves. The carpets look great.
