I loved the service, the person came for the cleaning was very detail oriented and addressed all the concerns before the job. Job was done very professionally. I would likely call them again whenever I need another cleaning.
We paid a lot of extra money for the pad treatment and it still smells really bad. That was supposed to be the whole point. The cleaning also ruined the feel of the carpet and made it feel hard and brittle.

Matt our technician was amazing! He communicated well and was very efficient. Our dirty floors are so clean now that it’s hard to believe what they looked like before. Good pricing and responsive to special requests such asking for Matt again.

The service provider was wonderful, but it’s only been one week and all of the stains have come back. I don’t think this product does a very good job actually cleaning anything. I felt the same way after last years cleaning but decided to give it one more chance due to recommendations, but I’ll never use this service for my carpets again.
Very good service, Mike explained the complete process thoroughly, it was my third experience with Zerorez and I will continue to use their service - excellent.
