DJ arrived promptly and in good spirits, walked with me to look at problem spots, then got right to work. It looked good when he left, but he told me not to hesitate to call if any spots came back up or other problems arose. I hope comes again the next time I call ZeroRez!

Very affordable. Cost only $109 for 3 rooms. Could not of done it cheaper if I did it myself. The crew was very efficient, courteous, and done a great job on cleaning our carpet. Would highly recommend ZeroRez.

Got conflicting information from the estimate and the tech. We were told we didn't have to move the tables out, then we were told that we did need to move the tables. Also broke several pieces of our grout out of the floor.

He explained how safe and efficient the products are, as well as the special water used to clean our carpet, he did an amazing job. When I hired your company to clean my 2 swivel chairs, I specifically asked that the chairs not be moved and to clean them where they sat. Your tech moved the chairs to the garage to clean. He failed to follow my instructions. In moving one of the chairs with a push cart, he rammed a chair into a wall in the house, leaving an 8 inch gouge in my wall which I will need to have repaired. The pressure against the wall broke a metal frame on the chair and forced it to protrude outside. It ripped the upholstery and ruined the chair. It also creates a dangerous situation with the chair with a piece of sharp metal sticking out from the chair so we can't sit in it now. I have contacted Lazy Boy to see if it is repairable or a total loss. Plus, both chairs are still dirty and do not look like they were cleaned. Using the push cart to move the chairs left black marks on the back of the chairs that will need to be cleaned off somehow. How can you make things right? (1) I want my money back. I want a total refund. (2) I want you to cover the cost of getting my wall repaired and painted. (3) I want my chair repaired or replaced. I am getting cost estimates on this. And after all this, the cleaner, Quincy, after he saw what he had done, did not bother to apologize to my wife, who was there at the time. Absolute terrible job. MGW

Fast, friendly service

We were very disappointed with our last cleaning on Friday 31. We had deep cleaning done in an area in the master bedroom. The tech finished the master bedroom at 9am. When he was done with the additional two bedrooms he advised the carpets should be dry within 6 to 8 hrs. All bedrooms were still wet at 10 pm. I put towels down so we could go to bed. Called Zerorez Sat morning at 9 am due to the extreme wetness in the master bedroom carpet. CSR sent another tech out. Tech arrived & checked the carpet wetness. When he was finished at 1 pm he advised it would dry within 6 to 8 hrs. The ceiling fan, and three other fans were on in the master bedroom. We went to bed at 10:30 & the carpet was still wet. I put the towels down again. On Sunday morning I started the 3 additional fans along with the ceiling fan. The carpet was finally dry when we went to bed Sunday night at 11 pm.
My carpets have been cleaned & deep cleaning before & we have never had a problem. I've always been happy with Zerorez, but I might think twice before I have you out again or refer you to my family & friends. I think this issue should be addressed with the two technician. They were both very nice, but maybe they need additional training on how to do deep cleaning & water extraction from the carpet.

The service started off very well, and the technician worked hard throughout the appointment. However, when I approached him about my office carpet because I felt it needed a little more attention, he rolled his eyes and seemed annoyed by my feedback.

I also felt that the arms of the two lounge chairs could have been cleaned more thoroughly. If that was the best result possible, I would have appreciated if he had explained that to me and why, rather than leaving me to wonder. Better communication would have gone a long way in addressing my concerns.

Michelle, the person that did the service, was extremely knowledgeable and hard working. She did an amazing job!
