Even though it was much later in the day than I care for, (6 pm) I was very satisfied with my technician and the job done. He was very polite and seemed to care about the job he did.

Recently I accidentally called Stanley Cleaners to clean my carpet. I wasn't there when they cleaned it. I was upset with myself when I realized what I did. That's when I called the cleaners I originally wanted, Zerorez. A gentleman named Rob cleaned my carpet. He did a treatment on my carpet allowing me to see what he was extracting. It wasn't a pretty sight to see. Rob was well educated in his trate. Prior to cleaning he went over my options. I felt he was honest with his opinions and explained them very clearly. I highly recommend Zerorex.

Service was not as good as the previous two times. Looks like dirty water on a few places after the carpet dried. And dirty marks left from the metal vacuum part. Just not satisfied with this cleaning.

When operator arrived he tripled the price I had contracted to pay. Explanation? The rugs were area rugs not carpeted rooms.

I have many allergies and your cleaning process doesn't bother me.

areas of my floor that were not cleaned (under bed, under coach, dressers etc) all have puddles today that I had to clean up. some furniture has water puckering. The shower still has areas that are not clean.

My rooms and couches were beautifully cleaned. Robert H. and Ben never stopped for over a good hour. My rugs are almost as good as new and my couches are soooo fine. Good, better and best. The technicians were very polite. They took their time going over the spots that needed attention. They did not saturate the furniture.The furniture dried quickly. I would recommend Zerorez to everyone. Their tecnique does not leave soap residue in the furniture.
