I had two recliners cleaned on Tuesday 1/25. After they dried they are still dirty! I have used zerorrez for years but really dissatisfied this time around. $155 for two chairs that are not clean. The two men were very pleasant and worked fast. In and out within 30 minutes. When the chairs are wet you cannot tell they are dirty. Now it is quite apparent. They need to be cleaned properly.
The technician was great. When we use your service again, we would like to request to have him back.

Attempted to upsell an additional $600 for pet stains. Very unscrupulous. Most of the carpet looks good, I am still waiting to see how the finished product looks.

Had a conversation with Scott before he got started on how I used to clean carpets (quite a few years ago) and how there’s a difference between just going over it and cleaning it. Cleaning it takes a little elbow grease and truthfully for roughly $200/hr you guys can put in a little elbow grease. I asked him not to just go over it quickly, which to my dismay is exactly what he did, but to take his time and work out the high traffic areas. Honestly, My wife takes longer to vacuum the carpet then it took him to clean it. Were there high traffic areas? Yes. But I have seen much worse get much cleaner when properly cleaned. He spent 20 mins on a phone call, which he advised me of when he arrived, and then proceeded to race through the cleaning. I presume to maintain his schedule. Definitely not happy and definitely would not recommend your services. ESP Scott.
If you advertise a special deal, please make sure that room size is published. No one likes expecting to pay one amount and then being gouged when the technician arrives.
They were on time and performed great service.
The technician was polite personable and professional. 2 issues: 1) because chair I paid $70 to have cleaned contained rayon the technician said it must me dry cleaned which he did. Unfortunately it didn’t remove any discolored areas from the upholstery. Chair fabric came clean when I used oxyclean water and a rag to clean instead. 2) I was given plastic booties to wear and inspect upstairs (the cleaned areas including staircase). When I came down the stairs and stepped onto the tile floor the wet booties (and wet tile from hoses being gathered) caused me to slip and fall, pulling a muscle in my back. Has taken 2 weeks to heal - I recommend you not allow folks to wear these or warn them before stepping from carpet area onto hard flooring.
The tech was well educated on his system and was very neat and fast. Carpets look great
